I saw Dr. Amy at her last office and followed her to her new one at Family Medicine at Lowry. She spent 45 minutes with me at my last appointment. She is such a good listener, and always makes me feel better after I leave. I have never had a doctor to spend to much time with me! Personally, I signed up for their email communication (which is free), and got my lab results back 5 days later. That may be a better way to get a hold of the office than calling. Thank you Dr. Cook!

Went in for a physical. Had bloodwork done and called following week twice and never heard back. Then 2 weeks later called for results and they said she would call me and once again, I never heard back. Moving on to another doctor who cares about their patients.
