I was taken via ambulance for a MVC on Monday, and the nurses and doctors were all wonderful and professional. They took care of my pain, explained the care for my stay, and I didn't have a long wait for meds or a CT scan. Thank you for everyone who took such great care of me! Brittany Garner

I was impressed with the check in speed and professionalism. My procedure (echocardiogram) was handled quickly. I had been told the procedure would take about an hour, but I was out in less than 30 minutes.

My mother had such a wonderful experience on the 5th floor. The nurses were so caring and thoughtful. They answered her calls quickly and were so friendly. I am so glad we chose North Suburban! Great care!

The check in process was seamless! The gentleman who checked me in has been working at the front desk for a long time and acted as if he remembered me! He is organized and personal. Steven in MRI imaging was also very kind and knowledgeable. He took several measures to make sure I was comfortable.
