one of the more pleasant visits i have had in a medical environment . Hopefully I will not get hurt again or need emergency care, but if I do I will make it a point to come back.

I love North Suburban. The people are always very nice and caring. If you have to stay overnight the rooms are awesome. Hope I don't have to go but if I need to it's the place to be.

Checking in on line was a breeze, I arrived at the clinic a little early, and was taken in for my test right on time. Every one was very friendly and the NP that did my test was extremely competent and very nice. I loved having test done at this facility .

They took my vitals, and did x rays on my injured ankle. I had injured tendons and fractured both sides of my ankle. I appreciate all the staff did to prepare me for surgery asap.

I had to go there for a procedure and was nervous. The entire staff was great! After the procedure, both nurses (who were in the procedure) walked to the waiting area where my wife was waiting. I don't think that was something that they normally do (maybe it is?) but they make me feel like they really cared...

I was greeted warmly when I arrived and my nurse, Sarah, was excellent. She was compassionate, understanding and was keen to make my experience a good one.
