Mainly had a problem with scheduling. I was told my insurance had not approved the visit. I called my insurance and they said they had approved. I went back and told them I needed to have my original appointment back- same day. They said it was all set. When I showed up at the appointed time, I was told, " you don't have an appointment. Apparently it had not t been communicated to the clinical staff front desk. I had to wait a full hour to get squeezed back in.

What can I say, SHE WAS AWESOME!! She was VERY knowledgeable, I loved her analogies, to provide me with a better understanding. She was VERY DETAILED. When I had questions, SHE LISTENED.!! She gave me some great ideas, and I was so impressed with her, I called Humana, to make sure that they covered dietitians, and I was told that they do. So I will be doing MORE sessions with her, AND FOLLOW UPS!!!

I just had the worst experience ever with this organozation. I left 3 requests for appointment online and no one returned my call. I finally got ahold of them today and the rep Chanel was the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my life. Immediately when answering the phone she was laughing at something and then answered. Then she was rude and snippy about my insurance. She then said I had to call a different location because I had a routine checkup and colonoscopy at the other location 8 years ago. She was dismissive, rude and acted like I was a bother. I finally hung up.

Brenda Sassen is the worst NP I’ve ever been to in my life! Unless you want a 50 year old who acts like a high school bully I would recommend seeing someone else.
