Always perfect!

Not walk in friendly. If you do, prepare to stand at the window, sit down, called to the window- answer a question, sit down, called to the window, sit down. Instead of just handing you a tablet to fill out paperwork, you get a text to do it. It helps if desk staff enter your date of birth correctly so you can fill out the paperwork via text. But instead there is attitude from the desk staff. *Update* now being surprised billed for services. Prior to agreeing to any terms or agreement of services, I was told it was a $40 copay was due. 2 weeks later, I received a surprise bill for $62. Seek other facilities for services!

Getting imaging is never a walk in the park, but if you're looking for a practice with the most positive, engaging and pleasant staff this is your place. They were efficient and kind which made the process seemless from start to finish.

Had insurance at the time of my imaging. Didn’t hear from them at all after my appointment, then months later received a notification of a collections account for almost $1000. Never received 1 phone call, email, or statement from them saying I owed them anything. Awful customer service. Currently seeking legal help for the fact they think they can send people to collections without any warning or communication and still expect to get paid. No way. Professional finance company (who they use) has made no effort to reach out either. My wife works in healthcare and she tells patients to avoid this place constantly.

I don't think I can fully explain what a nightmare it has been dealing with this company. They didn't update their records so I never received a bill. They sent me to collections but they had incorrectly coded my claim and didn't apply the in-network discounts. I actually didn't owe anything but it took them a year in collections before they corrected the claim. I ended up paying out even though it was their mistake. My advise, just don't go there. There are other options!

Great staff, personable and friendly

I hate that I even have to give one star! This company has the worst record keeping I have ever encountered. They still have not updated our address on our account. So when the bills were sent out, it went to the wrong address until they sent me to collections. They had coded my claim incorrectly and didn't apply In network discounts which sat in collections for a year before they corrected the claim. I had to pay out even though it was the Touchstones incompetence that landed me there in first place. I will never use this company again.
