The staff was is very friendly and helpful. The care and attention they gave me was excellent. I am very grateful for the service I received at Vibra. Basically they saved my life! I would recommend them to anyone needing their type of care. Thank you so much!!!

If it weren’t for the first couple days I would have posted 5 stars. Lamar the CEO and Sara tried their best to show us that this is the place to be and that it is better than the way the nurses that treated us at the beginning.My daughter got sent here to get weaned off the ventilator with a trach tube. It was so scary being in a different place, but I wanted to trust that they would watch over my daughter. After the first night I called for an update and they said that there were no changes and she was fine.I went in the morning to see her and she bit her tongue and had blood on her face and they didn’t know how that happened. The day nurse, talked down to me and dismissed my questions. I was angry but still tried to keep the faith that everything would be alright. That evening when I called they took down my information and said they would call back but didn’t.Again, I went in the morning and I noticed she bit both sides of her lip and was super swollen. I was infuriated and sad at the same time and still hadn’t received an update. I let the facility liaison know that I wanted to move her immediately. The CEO and his team quickly went in to talk to me and I broke down and told them what was happening. They told me that was unacceptable and that it would be taken care of immediately. Lamar the CEO offered to allow me to stay the night until she was capable of speaking for herself and of course, I accepted.I saw a drastic change within the evening crew immediately and I made the CEO aware. During the day everything was great especially the CNAs. Rosa, Marta, Maritza, Rawnak,Tanya, and Tyler were the CNAs that made our stay there much more bearable. They are so compassionate and just go above and beyond to make you feel like we made the right choice by staying there.We were there for about a month and I would highly recommend to stay overnight to care for your loved ones. Do not leave them alone at night because not all nurses have a caring and compassionate bone in their body and if you get a bad one I am so sorry for that. There are many good ones but they can’t do all the caring for all the patients. Lamar thank you for keeping in touch with us, please thank your team for us!

My mom was here and we wanted to transfer her to Johnstown Facility and everyone was very nice to us the managers were super nice they helped us with everything! Lamar helped us with everything he could! When my mom was here, she was great, much better than before she got there! We couldn’t see her but she was getting better and better every day like much better! I appreciate everyone’s help ! I appreciate the people here, the nurses, everything THANK YOU! My mom is home now!:)

My cousin was here for a few weeks. The care she got was amazing and the staff was great! Housekeeping was always in the room cleaning and they take great care of the area. That is appreciated with all the germs that can end up in hospitals. Great place!

DO NOT send anyone you love to this disaster of a “ Hospital “ . The incompetence at this facility is seriously mind boggling. Patients get left for hours in their own urine and fecal matter. Hallways reek of it too. Doctors and nurses dismiss your concerns left and right only to be proven other wise by other medical professionals when you transfer your loved one out. These nurses and doctors do not care about the patients. They collect a check and go home. Nurses show up to work under the weather and get patients sick. This place is a joke on the highest level.

DO NOT Put ur loved ones here let alone ur worst enemy!!!!! They neglect there patients that are in there care and take there rights away from them!!!They won’t share with you this but they have changed there names 3 or more times and have been sued a lot of times for wrongful death!!!My loved one died due to there negligence!!!DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!!!!Keep you loved one safe DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I am truly blessed that I wound up being cared for at Vibra! I nearly died in 2019 and after my coma and multiple brain surgeries I required some extra rehabilitation so I was transferred from Good Samaritan to Vibra, I wasn’t always an ideal patient and somedays my attitude got the best of me but my amazing nurses, doctors and the rest of the amazing people involved in my care made sure to let me know they understood and that they were there for whatever I needed. I will never ever be able to thank them all for the amazing care, compassion, and their encouragement because without them I wouldn’t be here 980 days later saying “I made it and I haven’t broken my pinky promises I made! I’m still sober!” The care I received there truly made the difference!!! Thank you Vibra!!!!!

I’m going to start off by saying this place is poorly managed. The staff are rude, inconsiderate, and not very knowledgeable. The security guard was just as bad. Their communication skills are a 0. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My dad unfortunately got stuck here because this place was the only one that had a bed available…. I know why now. I’m appalled by the facility and their staff, I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to send their loved ones here.

a year ago If I could give a 0 or nagitive negative number I would.... Horriable center. Patients apparently do not have the right to seek medical care with a hospital. Told they are stable. While they are lying in bed unable to eat for days, blood pressure so low no reading can be done. And to top it all off infections so bad a real doctor can see them in seconds. And all the while these PEOPLE are laying in beds sick and scared they may die the staff can only scare their family’s with thoughts of having to pay out of pocket for another center that may actually take care of them. You all should be ashamed of your self. Once went over there head's to get out of faculty and to the hospital where fought 12 days in ICU and passed. Pls people save ur loved ones!!! 😭
