Vibra Hospital Of Denver's Online Review Report Card

The RT dont come when called the night staff are rude the will turn of the call light instead of answer it to see what the problem is like right know it 5am. And I been waiting for my nurse are my RT since. 4:35.am. and still no help 10- 12- 21. Poor service and the will walk past you like they don't hear you calling them

Ok so I was sent there to finish a 6 week iv antibiotic due to staff infection after open heart surgery. This place is not only filthy and disgusting smelling but also very unsafe. The baseboards in the bathroom are held up with thumbtacks that are rusty and falling out. The staff are the most unprofessional people I've ever met. Especially the charge nurse who so rudely laughed at me while meeting me. The second I got there I knew it wasn't for me and expressed that I wanted to find another facility. Nurse rachet and charge nurse came in to bully me and pull my pic line to kick me out and charge nurse started laughing and said "hahaha yeah go to kindred they'll kill you real quick" well jokes on you cuz I was at kindred after my first surgery and I'm alive. Which that place is awful but far better than vibra. Also I went in with a midline which nurse rachet blew out my vein by blasting saline rinse thru it. They don't even have the staff capable of installing a new one there fore I went 48 hrs without receiving my antibiotics. I had to leave against medical advice to receive medical attention. I will be contacting counsel about this place.

Horrible staff. They seem to be rejects not hired at normal facility's. They are under trained and clearly under paid. Extremely lazy. Do not practice proper standards of cleanliness.

My Dad got Covid-19 and was very, very sick. He was on a vent and Vibra did an amazing job getting him off the vent. He is now home and back to his normal self! The Physical therapist was great working with him daily and he enjoyed all the nurses that worked with him. Vibra had a more strict visitation policy at the beginning, but i was so grateful at the precautions they took to keep all their patients safe.

I just wanted to leave a few words about my experiences at Vibra. I've been here about a month rehabing from illness, and although the time drags, (as being in a hospital usually does) the staff, from the case management, down to the kitchen staff, do all they can to not only make your rehab better, but to make your stay as comfortable as they can. The medical staff are consummate professionals, who give their complete attention to the patients. The P.T. staff worked with me daily to get me back on my feet, and for that i am immensely appreciative! My nurses and CNAs were amazing in their attentiveness, i never did want for anything! Vibra has put together a great staff here, and i recommend it to anyone looking for amazing people who love taking care of people. Thank you Vibra!!! 💝💝💝💝

Let my daughter fall out of her chair

This review is long overdue, but better late than never. I give Vibra 10 stars. My father had a stroke and was in the hospital on respiratory support. We initially declined Vibra because of all the negative reviews we had read. We chose another LTAC facility in the area and that was the biggest mistake we made in his recovery. He was neglected so much at the other hospital that he was sent back to St. Anthony's. We then chose to go to Vibra afterwards and the care was phenomenal. The doctors and nurses were very attentive and spent time talking to my brother about his care every day. Physical therapy also saw him everyday and he was able to come home with us soon after. I hope to never have to pick again, but Vibra will always be our #1 choice now.

The staff at this hospital took great care of my sister. After talking to several facilities we chose Vibra because of the additional COVID precautions they have in place. The doctors took the time to listen to us. The RT staff were wonderful and explained what was happening to us.

Oh my god... If you value your loved ones well being, then do NOT send them here. I swear these people are just "playing" nurse. I can't even go into detail because I need to find out if my husband has to have another surgery due to their neglegence!

This is hands down the MOST AWFUL place anyone could ever be placed into. The staff is incompetent and distastefully rude. They have zero regard for patients that are in true need of help. The food is barely edible and no words can come close to describing how disgusting the taste is.
