Very friendly staff and Dr !

Had a partial toenail removal procedure done in the office to treat an ingrown toenail that has been bothering me for years. Worst part was the injection to numb my big toe the rest of it was pretty painless only felt a pinch. I was a more than a little scared and almost did not go thru with it since I'm a pretty big baby. But Dr Rheaume and his assistant put me at ease and it went smoothly. I was given instructions to call right away if it starts hurting or appears infected. I was told it is a small but deep wound and given written instructions on how to care for my toe as it heals at home until follow up appointment in 2 weeks. At 2 week check up it is healing nicely he checked it for infection gave verbal instructions to keep caring for it like I had been until it heals completely and made another appointment to check it in two more weeks

Dr. Gordon Rheaume is amazing. A five stare rating for him and his office. My husband, Bernie Hill, went to him yesterday to have a ingrown nail worked on. I have had three done on me in the past and I can tell you that I never had the amazing treatment he recieved. His office help is well organized and Bernie procedure was less painful then then the three I had done by different doctors. I heard people in the waiting from that had come from towns like Colorado springs to visit his clinic. This is the first time I have ever wrote about a experience about a doctor visit. I stayed in the room while Bernie was worked on. He is a five stare doctor.

I had my third successful surgery with Dr. Rheaume and I am very satisfied with the results. His office is welcoming and very competent.

Fast and professional, greatly appreciated his care for a painful issue speedily resolved.

Dr. Rheaume removed two toenails for me. He was very patient and thorough, always taking time to explain to me my options. Follow-up care was excellent and staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needed foot care.

Will never return!..Saw him for 2 recently appearing hammer toes. Looked @ my feet & said he could do shorten the bone on the 2 toes as they were longer than big toe. I told him I was born that way, the other painless foot is the same. He hurt my toes by swiftly cutting all my already short toenails without telling me he was going to do that, leaving jagged edges, then grabbing my foot & painfully jerking my ankle trying to put my shoe back on..I stopped him, asked for the shoe horn telling him I'm perfectly capable of putting on my own shoes: He offered a one-toe wrap to use for my 2-toe problem saying that's all he had with him for $8 which looked flimsy & cheap. Told him no.

I am a diabetic and almost lost my foot. He saved it. Was in a walking book for 2 yrs but worth it.
