List of Dr. James Lee's Reviews
Great eye doctor and his team !
Horrific. Constant sensation something being in my eye, like an eyelash or issues with the tear duct every time I blinked. I asked for help and then ended up begging. The only thing he could suggest was for me to get a second opinion. I did so and found out that I had Blepharitis. This well-trained and caring opthamologist told me that if he had taken the time to lift my eyelid, he would have seen the issue and also some calcium that needed to be scraped out that probably affected my eye every time I blink. This man's ego is out where the buses don't run. He doesn't care for the patient whatsoever. Only to get on the golf course, polishes Lamborghini, or get on his yacht. I was forewarned about this man, but I have the bad habit of trying to trust people and not listen to bad reviews. Fortunately, I will listen from now on. I've been in pain and Agony for almost 4 months all because of this so-called opthamologist. He should change his name to Dr Ego.
I had cataract surgery with Dr. Lee and am so pleased with the results so far. My first surgery was 2 weeks ago and the second earlier this week. Dr. Lee is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and very good at what he does. His staff are friendly and efficient. I'm just so impressed with the overall experience and results. Eye sight is precious and I'm so glad I trusted mine to Dr. Lee.
Very nice doctor. Listens well. Caring. Awesome staff
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lee, his staff, and his clinic. Amazing in all areas, caring, competent, they exceed all expectations from the routine to eye crisis-es. I've experienced it all! Undoubtedly the finest doctor and specialist I have ever had! Absolutely no complaints!
Unfortunately too much of what happens in the office is handled by other than the doctors. I had a hole in my retina repaired. I was given instruction to call if problems developed. I called 3 times over a period of 2 weeks to describe problems in my vision that were getting progressively worse. When finally seen. my retina was torn halfway across my eye and I needed emergency surgery by a retinal specialist. This could have been avoided if techs had relayed my symptoms to Dr. Lee
Please stay away from this Dr. If you do want any further headache. I ordered annual eye examination. But he did not conduct it and charge me several treatments which I never asked. Then, when I called the office to ask why, no one gave us any reasonable explanation. Then they also threatened me if? then? It was a nightmare. Do not go the office anymore.
I saw Dr. Lee the other day for my annual check up, as I have a family history of eye issues, the staff was amazing as they clearly explained to me exactly what they were testing. The visit was thankfully good news but I sincerely appreciate Dr. Lee for this time and explaining my situation to me
Not a good listener, does not answer patient questions. Poor bedside manner. From my personal experience I cannot recommend this doctor. Go elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
