Florida Cancer Specialists And Research Institute's Online Review Report Card

Im currently dealing with the Good Sam location amp its very frustrating.  They take forever before they answer the phone.  They take several days before they call you back.  You would think that with cancer you need to address it quickly.  But they dont seem to ever be in any hurry.  You wait weeks for an appointment amp when you come in we always wait at least an hour until the Dr is ready for us.  amp thats during the pandemic when waiting indoors is risky.  amp They call you early in the morning amp wake you up to schedule an appointment for a televisit amp yet the Dr NEVER calls at the time of the appointment.   Only way later.  So why do they bother to make the appointment?  Very frustrating.Now I want to get a copy of the Pet scan sent to another Dr.  Its a huge morass of red tape with lots of time spent on hold amp lots of hoops to jump through amp no sense of urgency.  Very frustrating.

Florida Cancer Specialists in Palm Beach Gardens PBG Dr Smuklers office is a DISASTER.  Wellington office may or may not be.   PBG staff will not return phone calls nor provide medical records for patients for referrals despite sending the appropriate medical power of attorney and making multiple phone calls to staff and Jennifer in medical records to follow up.  They should be ASHAMED of their unprofessional behavior for making the seamless care of a frail elder who moved out of state  impossible. I plan to report them to the Florida Board of Medicine and the Palm Beach Medical Society.  FOR SHAME  Do NOT use this PBG office ever.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Its now been 6 months with no results no phone calls and no response on the portal. The website talks about how they understand the importance of how anxiety can effect the outcome of the treatment plan. HA Do not I repeat do not trust your loved one with this office. And a big thanks for the office manager for never returning my phone calls. Thanks

As overwhelming as it was in the beginning trying to find the right personoffice I am thankful that we found Dr. Gersten.  This office is very clean with gender neutral restrooms.  The office staff always tries to lighten the load that you are carrying by lighthearted conversation.  Dr. Gersten doesnt rush through his office visits and genuinely cares about where you are mentally and physically in the journey.  This journey is hard enough I am thankful for a great team being part of our circle.

Have been going here for years for my infusions I have nothing but good things to say about this crew. Always attentive everyone is so pleasant and so nice and so kind and it doesnt matter if Im in there every month or every six months they remember me and make me feel welcome. As long as I am here I will not go anywhere else because there is no need to fiddle with perfection
