This office made my day! I’m very pleased to make this my medical facility
Very inefficient . We had to wait more than two hours in the car for a single Covid test. Never again.
They failed to call me and inform me of important test results and it caused me to get sicker. They also lost specimens that were ment to go to the lab. Staff here needs to do better.
Plan on waiting an hour+ after the time of your appointment to be seen...I don't really understand what the point of making an appointment is if you have to wait that long anyway.
Very gracious staff. Understandable directions - "wait in car for test/results".Worth the drive from Ft. Collins to be seen quickly and efficiently
Thank goodness, I was able to get a last minute rapid test for travel that I ultimately didn't need but happy to know they accommodated me on short notice.
Terrible experience the last 24 hrs with this clinic. Wife had to wait 3hrs yesterday to get in when she was told 45 minutes to an hour and a half. I went in today with covid symptoms and told them my wife was positive the day before and was denied to get tested. Went to urgent care thru pcp and was tested right away and I am positive. Have bad experience in the past as well. So no more!!!
My family appreciates all your hard work in these trying times. Thank you for the wonderful care.
So this place wasn't too bad they only downfall I guess that I have to say that wasn't so great is it had a long wait and not enough staff for the things that are going on but the staff that they did have was very nice And was there for my needs I'm grateful for that because there's other places out there that give you the impression that they don't even care that they're just there because they need a paycheck but here I didnt feel that.
4 visits, 3 bad experiences. I'll drive to Fort Collins before I do business here again.I should add that 2 bad and 1 good experience were for covid testing. The 1st time I showed up with my daughter on a school day (~10:30a) when transmission rate was relatively low. When we arrived there were no others in the parking area. We did not make an online appointment. Ok, I didn't know it was a thing. The receptionist was very rude when she told me to register online. I spent the next 15 minutes trying to upload pictures of my ID and insurance card but the website kept crashing, etc. I called back and tried to explain to the receptionist that we had been there within the last month and that nothing had changed but she insisted that I check in online. By the time I had it done multiple cars had shown up. It took over 3 hours from that point. With a little common courtesy and good old fashioned customer service I think we could have been in and out quickly. This week I scheduled the appointment. I was contacted by text and told that they were running 20 minutes behind schedule. Ok, no biggie. I told my son how great it was to get a text so we didn't drive in and waste too much time. We received a text later on that said to show up at 4:20 and call. I showed up at 4:15. The person who answered informed me it would be at least 2 hours before we could get tested. I left immediately because I too was busy. If I were told that there was an emergency of any kind I would understand. Poor planning or staffing issues seems to be the norm. The receptionist needs friendly lessons, and by now the clinic should have put their creative heads together and had a better routine to be more efficient. Online scheduling and text messages are fine if they are accurate and a time saver.Oh, the other time my son and I were left (forgotten) in an exam room for 45 minutes after a concussion evaluation.Sorry about the novel

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
