Due to the CORONAVIRUS crisis, & since I couldn't visit with MY doctor, Dr. Campbell, Dr. Shupp met me outside, listened carefully to my concerns of a lung &/or sinus infection (pleurisy, possible pna) as well as my history of aspiration pneumonia (due to all the hardware in my neck from 15 neck surgeries died C-2~T-1); was so nice & LISTENED. Ordered antibiotics, took chest xray & tested me for COVID19. Agreed with me that I need to consult with ENT, but it may take awhile to be able to see one. It was a "drive thru" dr. appt; very efficient! And Roy, the (nurse, PA?) was equally excellent; he had to help me remove all my necklaces.... and he did it with gloves on! Dr. Shupp was a real pleasure. ????????Thanks!

I started seeing Dr. Shupp in 2017 and he and his staff are excellent. Dr. Schupp explains everything in detail so that I have a clear understanding of my health. He is a great listener and I always feel he has time for me and that he really cares.
