Amazing job
Never again terrible urgent care clinic.
Clean, attentive, and overall awesome care. Only criticism I have is almost feel rushed in appointments, but I guess that is to be expected when trying to be efficient. Overall very impressed (and I found them getting lost to the original place I was going!) Special mention to NP Cory who went to bat to help me get medication approved when I'm sure he already has a full day!
Great experience, the staff were helpful, kind, efficient, professional and empathetic. Thank you very much for your care.
What a joke make you wait an hour just to tell you they don't have any staff in the back to see you Not cool when you're in need of medical attengine I would highly recommend another urgent care
Very respectful and courteous. In and out very quickly with a diagnosis.
I don't want to complain about the level of care i received here. Dr. Matthew Lord had great manners, good education, and the staff was friendly. However, one thing that caused stress was my billing: I'm on medicaid, and before receiving treatment I was told by the front desk staff that it would be covered.a month later I received a $780 bill from quest diagnostics, but I replied with my insurance info, with a note to them to please send it to "state medicaid" instead of rmhp. Then, a private collections company sent me a letter saying Pay the bill Or else, because RMHP has denied coverage... So i think that what happened was that both Advanced Urgent care and Quest diagnostics sent the bill to the wrong place (RMHP instead of State medicaid) instead of "state medicaid". Be careful out there that you don't get tested/treated at a place that's "out of network." I would like to know to shop around before getting tested, if the three urine tests are going to cost me 779.38!!! Anyway, calling rocky mountain health plans seems to have cleared up the issue, so they can send the bill to 'the state,' I don't know where the miscommunication of insurance information was in the chain of communication, but its a bit stressful to have a big bill like that, which could have been avoided by going to my primary doctor with an appointment instead of a walk-in. I would hate for my lack of patience to know if i had an infection to cost me 780 bucks.
Great experience it was really full and busy had to wait longer but it was worth it because everyone was great with my toddler. Thanks 😊
They were friendly, helpful & provided great care. Definitely will recommend. The place I will go to if I need Urgent care again.
Staff was very nice I only gave 4 stars because of the wait even with an appointment but hey that is the medical field and it is busy, very professional and the PA I forgot his name was very attentive and knew what he was talking about. Will go back here again if needed. Thank you for the care!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
