Kristina the provider was excellent. I made the appointment online, walked in and was seen immediately. Kristina walked me through medications and understanding options and preventative care.

Don't bother making an appointment at this location. I had made an appointment for 9:45am. I did all the preregistration work online as requested. I showed up 5 minutes early anyway just to make sure all was good to go. 20 minutes later I asked if my appointment was for 9:45 and they said "yes, but it's just a reservation. 3 people walked in ahead of you." Ok why didn't you tell me that when I came in? Or text me that? Or just offer to call me when your ready? Is it just expected that because I'm at an urgent care center that I have all the time in the world to hang out in your awful waiting room? Forget this place. Try somewhere else.

Had to get a release to work because of a back injury and the earliest appointment I could get was 3 weeks out because I was a new patient. I called in and spoke with the PA and informed her of my situation and she said to come on in. The registration process was very easy and quick and so was the initial consultation. The PA gave me a thorough examination of the affected area to ensure I was ready to get back to work. Overall the staff was amazing, professional, efficient and attentive. The waiting area and rooms were clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend Advanced Urgent Care if you need to be seen.

I love the staff they do so well in high pressure situations I am grateful these woman are so attentive and caring I'm grateful. I came in barely able to breathe freaking out and I had my children they didn’t hesitate to help right away even with my children I’m very grateful for them ladies! From the bottom of my heart thank you! They are always amazing only place I will go when I’m sick or having an asthma attack. Only place I take my children as well! 10-10 definitely recommend everyone to go there!

The staff was friendly and the provider who saw my injury was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and gave me everything I needed to make sure I recover fully. 10/10 overall experience !
