I went to bhg westminister clinic and it was horrible. The nurse Elizabeth yelled at me and told me to open my mouth. I had already swallowed my methadone. She was so rude. I did complain but of course nothing happened. All they think of us is we are addicts and could care less that we are people too. And as for Toni she acts like she owns the place. She is so rude and lies through her teeth. I believe they try to make things up to mess with you. I got clean on my own and I feel better

Staff is horrible rules they have are very unrealistic the nurse Elizabeth treats everyone horrible , 90% of all the counselors left this location . If you have another option it will save you time and stress or if you have medicaid I Iwould go to clinica

to strict workers are pretty rude could care less about the people i do miss the denver health medthadone clinic they work with when you can come in this clinic dont work with no one at all. just transferred here and hate it thinking about transferring back to denver health clinic and making the 30 min drive every other day i miss it there this clinic is only 6 min away but its not even worth it hate coming here it’s always something with this clinic

I have been going to this clinic for a long time now 6+ years and let me just say when I first started going here it wasn’t the greatest but it definitely was nowhere near as bad as it is now!! I have gone through 7 or more counselors in a short period of time and every time I get a counselor that I like they don’t stay there for very long. The turnover rate with the counselors is unbelievable. They get a new counselor, the counselor says they will be at BHG for quite awhile. It’s pretty bad that being a patient at an OTP you have to ask the new counselor if they plan on leaving anytime soon. Since Covid, nobody has a consistent counselor so you aren’t able to have your personal counseling sessions like you once were able to. Now they make you attend a zoom group or 1 of the few in person groups 1x a mo. for your counseling session. And the groups you don’t benefit from. I never agreed to be in treatment where I’m having to do all these things that i once was able to get all done with my counselor? If you have prescriptions you have to constantly ask who to give them to or who you shouldsend them to, and before you know it you’ve still got no answer but you better believe they will pull your phase and consider you “non compliant”.Just when I thought this place couldn’t get any worse. This place shouldn’t even be legally allowed to have their doors open considering they can’t keep staff to save their lives and they don’t have the services available to be considered a treatment facility other than dispensing methadone or suboxone. I’m currently looking for another treatment facility where I can actually feel like I’m in treatment/therapy and can be given resources and where they have counselors and people for you to talk to when your in need of someone. I can’t even say I’m in treatment because I haven’t been able to talk to a counselor in a month or two and during a time when things are hard for everyone everywhere is not the time to not have counselors or people available for the patients to talk to. If you truly need treatment/therapy and to talk to someone you should look elsewhere because you won’t get it here.

TONI IS A BULLY. My daughter came home hysterical today. A faulty UA CUP, retested, CLEAN…and Toni STILL took her phase. If that beast doesn’t like you, she will bully and harass. I did speak with corporate,. And they have had MANY complaints about her. It seems she only bullies women too. It’s PATHETIC. Even the STAFF has NOTHING good to say about her. I filed a grievance due to the LIES she tells pregnant woman. Toni, I’m sorry you’re a TOAD, that is no excuse to bully the (few) pretty girls. I love how the counselors like Angela and a few more SIDE with the patients, but say they are scared of her evil side. I have it recorded and will be doing the most to get her out of here. Toni-not our fault you’re a big toad that’s miserable. Best stop being a bully bc I PROMISE you will lose that job. 99% of your staff and patients CANT STAND YOU! Hence the high turnover rate. It’s my mission to get you out Toad….I mean Toni. MARK MY WORDS TONI. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED

Hey all. I have been going to this clinic for almost 5years. They have been through so many staff an I have had 7 different counselors. I hate this place but it is the closest therefore the most convenient. I haven't been in for almost 3weeks due to a payment dispute but have to restart today Someone else said something about Toni, the head nurse and they are right. That lady is horrible and needs to be in a different field. She is not a good person.

Poor organization here due to increasing patient load or whatever but they will have you do a physical with a ua go to the dosing window and they want another ua. I said I can't I'm all out. Fast forward 3-4 they want another ua ?¿ explained the deal They said ok so since we failed to follow up or inform you (me) of th process with their stupid little tb test which was supposed to be Saturday come to find out THE ONE DAY I GET A BREAK FROM HAVING TO COME HERE now they say I've got to do it again... PRETTY FRUSTRATING considering switching locations getting a bit ridiculous ever since they took me off daily take homes coming here everyday has been horrible with these gas prices and traffic not to mention I can't take my dose at my pace I have to do it all at once in the am I was doing much better with treatment when I could moderate manage and increase my mg as needed based on my personal needs any particular day

This was the best treatment center I've ever been to hands. Norween as well as the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond multiple times including doing other people's jobs at the V Centennial Clinic which is the worst bhg I do not recommend transferring to that 1. I know this sounds crazy but I swear to you they water down their methadone or something because of once I started at Centennial I started to go back up and doses when I was going down at the Westminster one. Thoughts? Anyone else experience this I've also gone to the least still one on leetsdale a problem there either just the one

The people that have worked here over the years have done nothing but help make me feel comfortable in my self and in my recovery from opiate use. Although the counselors here do have a high turn over rate, (which is to be expected at most any other methadone clinic as well), they have been nothing but professional, caring, and sincere. Many of the employees here go FAR above and beyond their duty in order to assist someone that is willing to help themselves; this, of which, I am extremely grateful for. The buildings are kept clean and orderly, and in the last 7 years I have never seen even one thing I could think of to complain about on here. Most all the staff know me and a great many other patients by name, giving the atmosphere a very wholesome and heartwarming feeling. ~If you aim to begin on shifting yourself away from the malevolence and destruction that your opiate addiction has caused you, this is where you want to be <3

The program it's self is not bad most the staff is nice. But I was dropping down and doing welll. My counselor went on vacation then quits everyone o talk to don't seem to know how I can lower my dose. Act like I need promission to lower My doseage. Its my recovery if my pace works fore meet me stay the corse. Need to do a betterBetter job Treating People individuallyAnd doing what works for them not Like like a one-size-fits-allT-shlrt.Sure it was as if all the rules on that
