The program it's self is not bad most the staff is nice. But I was dropping down and doing welll. My counselor went on vacation then quits everyone o talk to don't seem to know how I can lower my dose. Act like I need promission to lower My doseage. Its my recovery if my pace works fore meet me stay the corse. Need to do a betterBetter job Treating People individuallyAnd doing what works for them not Like like a one-size-fits-allT-shlrt.Sure it was as if all the rules on that

Seems like a good place that doesn't judge and just wants to help. Usually very fast and efficient.

Watch the little Asian lady I think she is to blame for my take home leaking out half my dose, at a time where I'm in excruciating pain pending dental work backed up due to covid :( make sure you double check your s#!+

I called to make my husband a patient and they said he had to call like mabey he had me call for a reason he has speech problems I’m Literally So Upset I thought this clinic was gonna be beneficial for him I guess not..

There is a large disconnect between their facilities and their over the phone personnel. Completely screwed over my husband due to their poor communication. Do not rely on what you are told over the phone regarding in take process or insurance coverage.

this place is amazing and everyone on staff is personable, reasonable and will help as much as they can. IGNORE the HATE. Yes I have had negative the Dr. has been wanting to give me a RX for the past 3/4 months now. Only thing is this particular facility states you have to go by the methadone&suboxone guides. He says he write Rx in Longmont(closed now btw)*The only way you get knocked down phases or dose in half is if you do not comply it's pretty self explanatory.*Stay clean stick to your plan and keep in contact with councilor and take your meds... Pretty simple stuff right...Well apparantly it can be a little difficult to do according to these complaintsin my life /sociology/psychology experience shows that when people mess up or do something wrong they tend put blame on others if they can't take accountability for their own*it is posted in multiple areas dosing times plus you get reminded and can ask for printouts or hand written reminders or take picture on phone. *have you ever seen those expensive calculators that you arent allowed to used on certain tests because they give you the answer.Or them fancy expensive work out machines *The machine is only as good/smart as the user.*STOP COMPLAININGSTART DOINGYOU DO NOT GET THE RIGHT TO COMPLAIN/HATE/JUDGE ETC.IF YOU CAN'T EVEN TRY/PUT IN WORK/STUDY/DO WHAT IS ASKED OF YOUDON'T COME TO BHG EVERYDAY GO TO CLASSES SEE COUNCILOR then go home and change nothing AND THEN EXPECT TO BE/STAY CLEAN&SOBER JGET OFF YOUR A$$ AND PUT IN WORKOH AND ACTUALLY WANTING IT TOO* recommend you talk to SICILYShe will help with jobs/schooling/bus passes/transportation help if you need a ride to get dosed *ASK!You wont get answers by not opening yourIGNORE THE NEGATIVE [UNTRUE] COMMENTS

This place is awesome the staff is kind very personable! I'm greeted every day by name asked how lm doing and informed if I need to do something right away! Kate and noreing are the best and treat everyone with respect, It makes it easy to go every day if u have to!

Staff up front is amazing and counselors were professional as well. As far as the dosing nurses go was the most unprofessional operation I’ve seen at any clinic. I have been a patient at 3 clinics now in different states and same state and there is no question that BHG comes in last place. If you ever get the opportunity to have a take home you can work for years to get your take home and then be late one day and they will take your take home in less than a second. They literally wake up everyday to see who they can violate. This is the dosing nurses. Also if you do get your take homes you have to call the clinic everyday and verify if you have a drug test that day. So with it being setup like this makes it to where I cannot ever leave town or go on vacation with family. That isn’t a take home. A take home is where you DONT have to come to the clinic. Every other clinic I have been to if your name comes up for a drug test then they put a hold on your account until you come in the next time for your take homes and then take the test then. Makes sense right? I know. Anyways, stay away from BHG unless you want to put your recovery on the line. They had me more worried about getting to the clinic and getting my meds then focusing on my recovery and relapse prevention. Thank you so much to the clinic I’m at now!!! Not BHG
