She doesn’t listen and doesn’t have compassion. You are number only race you get you out of the office. I chose her because she went to the same school my dad got his doctors degree. She raised her voice at me. When told her I didn’t need to do what she wanted me to do for a month take my blood pressure to determine if I had high blood pressure which was in my chart with the meds I did take she didn’t read any of my chart. She even asked if I got my covid which I saw the nurse write my info off my covid card. I left without her doing anything more. Told her I didn’t like her and left in tears

The WORST, most unprofessional bedside manor I have ever encountered. I was experiencing hormonal imbalance issues & when I explained to her all my symptoms - she immediately dismissed ALL of my concerns & simply said, “No, you’re too young to be going through menopause.” Not once had I brought up menopause. - Then I was to be seen for cysts I had been developing all over my body but was told, “Your 20 minutes are up”. The complete lack of both professionalism and empathy in addition to the agism I had experienced was extremely disappointing and anyone whom goes to see her, must take WARNING of her unprofessional bedside manor

Dr. Kleinke was friendly, seemed approachable and gave comprehensive advice. We discussed the practical ways to practice a healthy lifestyle and she listened very well. Highly recommend! No crazy wait times, breath of fresh air from other providers/offices.

Run! She did a woman’s wellness after I told her I did personal hygiene You do not get through result? Went back for a mole removal Her spray wasn’t working Sprayed 3 times I told her I didn’t feel anything she said you so I sprayed it this many times? I still have the mole? I am done! She worked at Lafayette office now she’s over it on 92nd Ave. beware!
