I’ve been a nurse contractor here for 3 months now-this is an excellent post-acute rehabilitation choice, and place of employment.The CNO is a great manager, flexible with scheduling needs, and ensures the facility is well staffed at all times.Though I am a contractor, I have elected only to contract with this hospital because I love this compassionate team.We are competent, cooperative, dedicated to healing, and the nurses and aids really know how to care for people.Great place for inpatient physical, speech, and occupational therapy.There is no Covid here and infection control is excellently managed.Working with this team has been a tremendous gift, and when I return to my home state next month, I will miss them dearly.The photos I took at sunrise, right outside our hospital.

My friend/ relative is a patient at the one on 104th by the butterfly pavilions.They treat their patients horribly simply because they're under staffed or maybe because they're just plain miserable. If you don't like your job maybe you should look into another profession. You don't need to bring a toxic environment to people whom are already dealing with their pain, and trying to manage their own situations. Maybe your staff should try a little compassion and understanding of other people's situations. 🤔
