They mess up my prescription every single month without fail. You would think they would have run out of new and creative ways to mess up a simple monthly refill by now, but they never cease to amaze me!

Okay, usually I can call my obgyn office and get transferred fairly quickly. Not the past 2 days!!! I have called MULTIPLE times and have waited for 2 hours or more each time just to get connected with the person who transfers calls!! The ONE time I did get connected I was told she would transfer me and then I waited a whole hour before hanging up the phone because I was so fed up. When I call after business hours I make sure to call the after hour number and still get no response! Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my time. Probably going to stop with Kaiser in general as this is not the first negative experience with them.

Great experience at KP X-ray today with technician Lisa! No waiting …when I checked in she took me immediately back for my xray. She was pleasant, polite, & personable. Best X-ray experience ever! Thank you Lisa! You rock!

Dr. Sadeghi is the best chiropractor I have seen since sustaining a back and neck injury years ago. I have seen 3 other chiropractors and many massage therapists in the years since and have had no days without pain. Until I saw Dr. Sadeghi. After my first adjustment, the pain relief was immediate. It did come back, which is normal, and I've had 2 more adjustments, both times the pain relief lasted longer. I am so happy to finally have some pain relief! I highly recommend Dr. Sadeghi for chiropractic care at Kaiser!

I know there are alot of choices out there, but, we have been with Kaiser for over 20 years and NEVER had an issue. I like the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, never waited more than about 10 minutes, always received callbacks when needed. The minor issues we have had are not KAISERs issues, its just life....appts are 3-4 weeks out, dont take CARE CREDIT (can you fix that?), confirming ALL our information at every call....can you just ask 'has anything changed since your last call"?Over all, I will never leave Kaiser and always recommend them.
