Kaiser is the best place for medical care. My parents had Kaiser for year. I watched how they were treated . That sold the need to join Kaiser when I retired.

This location incorrectly shows up when you search for urgent care locations. Of course, Kaiser has not taken steps to make it clear at every level that this location does not offer urgent care services. Just like everything else Kaiser, they are too focused on paying their executives and high-level administrators obscene amounts to spend the money on medical care or even communicating to their members how to get medical care. As an organization, it is such a disrespect to the qualified medical staff how badly this entire organization is run.

We have been member for decades. The quality of care is decreasing with every year…. No longer can I be seen by a doctor and working with the chat doctors is a joke. You wait 30 people in line, waste your time for poor services. When my husband and I need care we pay out of pocket, because the Kaiser care is become disgustingly slow and not practical for our needs.

I am extremely satisfied with Kaiser Permanente Hidden Lake Medical Offices because of my Personal Care Physician. Dr. Kral is the best doctor and I receive the best care possible.

Dr. Ketchum is excellent at listening and understanding the problem I am dealing with during the visit. Our conversations have been very fruitful and his suggestions have given me good results when I follow them.

I saw Donna Rummel, she was very thorough and answered all my questions, and most of all she made me feel very comfortable. The nurse that took me to the exam room, Jessie Vasquez, she's always so friendly and cheerful.
