Unprofessionally run with no respect for the patient. Showed early as a new patient, filled out required paperwork. Waited over 30 minutes in the waiting room and watched people who showed up AFTER me get taken back (including several people seeing the same doctor I had an appointment with.) Finally at 40 minutes after my appointment time, and having been there for almost 1 hour, I cancelled my appointment and left. They refused to provide proof that I never got to see the doctor. Time will tell if they try to (fraudulently) bill for the visit.

This is the most unorganized place I have ever tried to use, canceled my first appointment booked me out 2 and a half weeks confirmed 2 appointment the night before everything is a go get there the next day for appointment canceled so another week I get to live with this awful pain in my back. Thanks guys

Dr. Ocel and his office staff are so incompetent they cannot get medication for after surgery ordered from the pharmacy. At this point I am post op and still no pain meds that they want me to take. They keep saying the prescription was sent and the pharmacy doesn't have any record of it. They are now refusing to resend the prescription. So, if you enjoy being in pain this would be your doctor. Otherwise, please go see Dr. Davis for foot surgery. My son had MUCH better service.
