My husband was seen by Dr. Webster+his staff for a small procedure at this facility and had an extremely unpleasant experience. They take a "one size fits all" approach and do not care or have consideration for individual patient needs, quality of care or experience. The nurses would also benefit from specialized training and situational awareness of patients requests and experiences as well. You are treated as a number instead of a patient or person. Their sole focus is one standard of care for everyone, no exceptions. If you do not like it or are uncomfortable you should just cancel your procedure (while you are being prepped). They do not take personalized approaches for care and are not up to speed on modern day practice and options. Very old school mentality. If you are looking for top of the line care and experience I would avoid this facility and their staff as a whole. Do your research, be informed, you have options!

I was extremely pleased with my entire experience with Dr. Webster and his office staff, today! They were very professional and polite throughout my office visit. I saw Dr Webster within 5 minutes of my appointment, he covered all of the bases regarding my urological health as well as well as my overall medical history. We also discussed our plan for managing my health as we go into the future. It was obvious that Dr. Webster sincerely cares about me as a patient, and I am very pleased that he is now my urologist. When you are a 71 year old man, that is a very important thing! Thank You - John Anderson

Dr. Webster is a very good Dr. I have had two procedures done & it was painless. He is very kind & takes the time to explain the procedure.

Alpine Urology was great. The transition has been horrible. Front staff was rude and short with me when asking simple questions. They never faxed over lab order and I had to go to the office to get it. The girls seemed more interested in their jewelry slinging than actually helping patients.

Dr Webster was quite simply the best. He was very clear in presenting all the facts about the procedure and after. His bedside manner is among the top in the industry. He performed the surgery in office with perfection. I had no pain, no side effects, and didn't even need to take any pain pills because there was no pain. I've read enough about vasectomies to know that at least some kind of discomfort or bruising is likely and expected - I had none. He did a flawless job and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Dr Webster performed a biopsy that identified my prostate cancer and he guided me through the treatment including being my surgeon. I am now showing no signs of cancer and have not had any problems after the operation. I strongly recommend him
