UC Healthcare I would like to tell you my experience with Dr. Graff in Westminster Family Medicine in Colorado. She was totally awesome with me! Its been a long time since I felt listened to. I hadn't been in for annual physicals in years. I had a couple of issues with my health the past couple of weeks; and she listened to me very attentively, never felt rushed, I was treated very well and with respect. My family and I have been going to this medical facility for years; and I am very, very happy to have Dr. Graff as my doctor now! I wish she had been my doctor from the very beginning. M. C. Cassidy

Dr. Karin Burns Graff has poor communication skills. She never returns email messages sent through the UCHealth portal or mobile application. Around mid-year of 2021, I really needed to discuss preventative treatment with Dr. Karin Burns Graff. I sent several emails and 2 phones calls over the span of 6 months. I got no response. I checked my inbox and eventually called the facility inquiring about Dr. Gaff's status. The nurse stated, "I am sorry but Dr. Graff is bad at responding to portal messages in general." I checked the portal and realized Dr. Karin Burns Graff had not responded to any of my messages since 2019. I recalled going into the same facility to see another doctor due to lack of response from Dr. Karin Burns Graff yet to find her present without merit of absence typing on the computer. There is no excuse why any doctor does not punctually respond to their patients. I am just relieved I did not have cancer because such a delay in communication from Dr. Burns.

I and my 2 adult children all saw this provider. No ability to listen and understand patient's concerns (pain relief, mental health issues, etc.) or address them. Was resistant to giving specialist referrals (podiatrist, gynocologist) but very willing to recommend vaccines and other "by the book" items which she was told to push. Asked that an X-ray be done which "would cost nothing" but in fact cost $250. Doesn't know difference btw gender identity and sexual preference. Don't go to her.

I came here for an annual check up. The doctor was supposed to perform an annual check up visit. (Covered by my insurance therefore, free on my end). Instead, the doctor decides to code my visit as a 'level 3'. I have no idea what that is suppose to mean but it stuck me with a bill over $400.00! I have called in several times and asked to speak directly to the doctor. They have not honored my request and instead keep telling me their coding is correct. If your insurance assigns you to this
