Lisa Winkler Md's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Winkler for many years. She is great if you just need a physical. If you have chronic issues, she will dismiss those as mental health. When you get tests from a specialist showing these results, she will wipe her hands of you. She wouldn't even schedule an appointment with me and when I had an urgent issue, identified by other doctors who asked why my PCP wasn't having me see a Rheumatologist. I was sent to their walk in. My friend also left Winkler over the same concerns and I should have listened to her a year ago. I am struggling and feel like I have no medical support. I thought this was the role of the PCP to help guide your care. Specialists I have barely seen have been more compassionate and concerned with my health.

I would go out of my way to see Lisa. As a ptsd patient, I feel she offers a wonderful disposition and approach.

I have been a longtime patient of Dr. Winkler and Jessica and they are great doctor Winkler is a great listener great position Jessica is a great nurse always gets back to me with messages quickly when she left for a while it was terrible i'm glad she's back they are just meant to be together great office

i love dr winkler. she is the best dr, around. her nurse is the best!

I doubt I will ever return to this office. They are not interested in their patients just in seeing how many times they can get you to come back sot they can charge you more.

I think Dr. Winkler is very knowledgeable and am very pleased to have her as my primary care physician.

I have seen Dr. Winkler on the Priority Care side of the practice, she has a good bedside manner, but I believe they are so busy, it makes it hard for her (and other doctors) to spend enough time with the patient.

I saw Dr. Winkler for standard yearly physical the past several years. During the last visit I complained of several problems I was having. I even told her that I thought something was wrong with my thyroid based on my research. Bloodwork was normal and I was told it was just my age / hormones. Fortunately I persisted and found another Dr. who ordered tests. I had a palpable mass on my thyroid which turned out to be cancer.I was lucky, mine was caught early enough that I have a good prognosis. If she had just listened and felt my neck she would have felt it. Sometimes the bloodwork is not all you have to do.
