Supremely unorganized. Had to reschedule 3 times due to various incompetencies of the staff. I finally decided to go else where. Makes me wonder if the procedure would go as bad. Thankfully this was for preventive care and not something more serious

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! The worst place that gave me so much trouble in paying my bill. They didn’t give the quote though I got referral from Centura here. Then my insurance claimed this place is out of network, nobody checked my insurance and let me know about it. The physician diagnosed me that me prescribed a med that the insurance did not covered and it costed me so much to pay out of pocket. When I contacted them several times, nobody got back to me until the 5th time. They charged the most ridiculous fee and claimed my case was not a normal case. If it was normal and could be done by my family doctor, why I needed to be here. Yet to say, my case was just a normal case that needed a bit more careful in prescription. At the end, I got so upset that I went back to my family doctor and he took care of me. This place is a scam, if not, it’s the most neglected and inconsiderate clinic that only thing they care is taking your money. Teal Medford and her team are the worst, the whole facility should be shut down due to their irresponsibility.

Brenda Sassen is a 50 year old woman who acts like a high school bully. She really has no bedside manner I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy.

Jane and Brenda Sassen were incredible. Even though I wasn't able to get the care I wanted they helped me work out my next steps and get the ball rolling on treatment.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PROVIDER. GO INSTEAD TO GI OF THE ROCKIES. I was having an Ulcerative Colitis flare and called this company as they are my GI Provider. They said that they couldn't get me in for A MONTH! I noted that I had very serious and scary symptoms that were persisting. The receptionist then told me that the facility was recommending that I go to my primary care doctor. I trusted this, given that a medical facility specialized in GI care was recommending this. I then went to see my primary care doctor and he was surprised and frustrated that they would recommend me to him, given that he is a *general* practitioner and could only refer me to a GI to effectively treat my symptoms. After emailing RMG about this very poor and unethical recommendation, they never responded. I was able to call GI of the Rockies (a different provider) and with one phone call I had an appointment 2 days later. After my appointment I had a colonoscopy scheduled for the following week. I am so grateful to have found GI of the Rockies. However, I am incredibly frustrated, sad and scared that RMG is still able to treat people with serious GI diseases who need urgent help, the way that I was treated. Ultimately, due to RMG's unethical behavior I have had to deal with 7+ more days of serious flare symptoms. It scares me to think what would have happened if I waited for them to get me in. I am still scared about what waiting so long has done to my body already. This story is in addition to this company causing lapses in my medication for my disease due to unresponsiveness about prescribing the correct prescription and inability to schedule a timely appointment to renew my prescription. These experiences come from both the Centennial/Littleton and Westminster locations. Their system does not even allow you to switch locations easily, further restricting your ability to access care.

Very efficient staff and Dr’s. Staff was wounderful.
