Alana has a ton of educational experience, highly skilled, and very knowledgeable at her craft. She has a natural gift with a calming and relaxing energy. She is a great listener and gives very helpful advice & feedback. She has helped me with a number of issues from hip pain to treating a burn scar. You are in good hands with her! She is a true healer!

For years drs told me there was nothing wrong with tests or me. But my skin said otherwise. Told me to just take steroids for the rest of my life to "control it". In the past few months my auto immune issue ended up so bad I had to stop doing all the things I love to do. I was absolutely miserable and in pain. If it weren't for Alana I wouldn't be where I am! I'm back to what I love. 10/10. It was amazing to feel validated for the first time. I know who to go to and trust. Thank you again!!

I’ve loved my acupuncture sessions with Alana. She brings such a grounded, warm presence and deep knowledge and skill to her sessions. She is attuned to the way acupuncture touches emotion and trauma and holds all of it so sensitively.

Alana is fabulous! We had an appointment for a GI specialist for my daughter after unrelenting belly pain but decided to give acupuncture a go since her appointment was scheduled out so far. Alana treated her with not only the acupuncture, but also with humor, warmth and kindness. Long story short, my daughter started feeling so much better that we cancelled that GI appointment! I came to Alana while trying to get off ADHD meds after over 20 years and also while trying to get off all sleep meds at the same time. She was an absolute lifesaver. I previously was going to sleep between 3am-5am, set 100 alarms to wake up in the morning and used my ADHD meds to help me get up. Within a couple of months of weekly acupuncture sessions and AM/PM herbs, I am now off all medications and I go to sleep before midnight, and usually wake up without an alarm clock around 7-7:30. if I need to wake up earlier, all I need is one alarm and I’m up, feeling refreshed. I have significantly less anxiety, less stress and feel like a much happier version of myself. I honestly don’t think I could have done this without her help and guidance. She’s extremely knowledgeable and and the best kind of practitioner who cares about her patients, always checks in to see how you are doing and makes tweaks to your care plan to ensure success. If I could give her 1,000 stars, I would. Highly recommend!!

I began seeing Alana when I was working through symptoms of PTSD and physical and emotional exhaustion. Her care was exactly what I needed. Supportive, insightful, and exactly on point. I was especially surprised by how much the herbal regimen she chose helped me, and how her thoughtful assessment uncovered other issues that I wasn't paying attention to. I don't normally do reviews but the results from my first visit have been amazing. I've been having back pain that was consistently at an 8 or higher for over 6 months. I left the visit at a 4, which has been my normal for a very long time and was so happy. When I woke up this morning though I'd put my pain at a 2? I'm not sure since I haven't been this pain free is such a long time. I can't wait to see what happens after more treatments. This feels absolutely life changing.
