After a long wait I spent a total of 2 minutes with the doctor looking at my injured knee. Unnecessarily had to get an x-ray even though I didn't want one. Was charged over 1k for this short visit that didn't provide me any steps towards recovery. When I tried reaching out to Billing several times, I never got an answer or a voicemail to leave my name/number.

First off id like to say the Dr's here are mostly wonderful, however, the scheduler was very rude. If you can go to another orthopedic group do so!. I'm on hold 30 minutes for a recording to tell me make an appointment online. I then make an appointment online..and then a rude scheduler,calls to say i can't see the Dr. and has to change my appointment I made 4 days ago! to another month away! I am in alot of pain, she has zero empathy or respect for (older people) or people in pain. She was so rude! I worked as a scheduler for years at Touchstone Imaging and would never be allowed to talk to a patient that way . So a scheduler by the name of Vicky went above the call of duty to alk me and get me in this week! This lady was amazing ! IF you're in pain hopefully can get past the front desk scheduler that will not go the extra mile to help you.

The best surgeon is dr Weber I another appointment to see him again I am at West Lake now if they can call or text me my next appointment that would be great you usually text me and I show the nurse

Wait times alone make this office not worth it. The drs aren’t any better than any other ortho office I’ve seen, and as I move allot I have been to many offices. After waiting on hold for 17 minuets to make an appointment, I was told I’d have to wait a month to get in. Then the call was disconnected and no one even tried to get back with me to make the appointment. I contacted my drs nurse and she was very confused because they had many appointments open. Besides my nurse, this office ona whole is quite incompetent. The Tecs are not trained to use their equipment correctly, and then you get to pay out of pocket for their mistakes. I have had 3 appointments here and I will not be back.

Less than pleased with this office. They say they can't get hold of my insurance to get authorization. They can't do this online because they say my ID number is too long. They cancel my first appointment 20 minutes before it to say by the way we haven't gotten the authorization for your PT, but they have had the referral for almost 3 weeks and then after calling 3 times to find out over a week later when can I get an appointment I get a call back finally to say you can be self pay, you can get your own authorization or you can go somewhere else. Great(not) customer service. 9/14/22 An update to this. Ann in the PT office called and got this all straightened out and had an appointment within a few days. She's the best physical therapist and helped me tremendously!

The professionals at Cornerstone were polite, quick and efficient, helping my mother get the treatment she needed. Dr. Wolf and her team went above and beyond to help my mother get a handicap parking permit and provided solid recommendations for related medical help.

I had to wait 3 weeks to get each appointment, and at each appointment I would wait at least 45 minutes to visit with the physician. An MRI showed I had chondromalacia in my knee. Google was able to tell me more, and give me a better plan to recovery, than the physician.

This used to be the best place ever. However, they recently got bought by a much bigger Ortho company. BIG difference in the MDs attitude. They bring you in and push you out to someone else, without listening to what you are trying to say. Don't know if I'll go back :(

Be aware that your personal information is not secure. I gave back a form with my name and birthdate on it back to the receptionist and they let it sit at the reception desk counter 10 minutes where everyone could see it that came in and checked in.
