I can't say enough good about my experience with Dr. Pulido. He has a very down to earth, low-key bedside manner, took the time to inform and educate me and answer my questions, and was very straight forward and frank in discussing my condition and treatment options. He also made the extra effort to work me into the schedule before leaving on an extended trip we had planned long ago, and most importantly, the surgery went smoothly without any hitches. I was also impressed with how friendly and kind everyone was at SCL Hospital.

After stringing me along for 3 months Dr pulidos office refused to do me gallbladder removal at the same time as a sterilization surgery. He then attempted to blame it on my health insurance but when I contacted them, not only had they not denied the claim they had no record that the office had contacted them at all. If you don't believe in women's reproductive rights then fine but don't waste my time.

Rude, unprofessional, and lazy. My wife has been waiting weeks just for a referral to another dr. We keep getting told they are surgeons so they are busy. We’ve called multiple times and left emails only to get snarky responses from reception and no return phone call from doctors, nurses, or the office manager. It’s been weeks since her appointment. And this is the second time this type of occurrence has happened. With only having two appointments. They don’t care about their patients. You are a number and money. That’s it

Dr. Pulido is amazing. He is very courteous and friendly. He listened to my concerns and my symptoms after being sick for 3 months. He showed much concern about my condition so I did not end up in the ER and a week later he took my gallbladder out. I am one week Post Op and I feel remarkable.

I came into the ER with severe abdominal pain. I needed to have emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. DR. Pulido was my surgeon and he was kind and took the time to explain everything. Thank you Doc!

He listened to my symptoms after all my normal test results. He also addressed my concerns and was courteous to me. After being sick for 3 months it was a relief he was able to help get my gallbladder out and give me answers.
