Pediatric office in name only.
Pediatric office in name only. Left my 5 year old for 2 hours waiting without any updates.
I've been taking my son to Dr. Reem for a couple years now (since he was 3, he's 5 now) I was very nervous as he was have cataract surgery and an lense implant in both eyes so young. Dr. Reem was amazing! She listened to my concerns, reassured me this would help my son and was very patient with my son and myself. My son loves going to her because she is very friendly to him and she made my son feel like the king. I would recommend her to anyone with a child.
My daughter spent little to no time with Dr Reem, most of her time was spent with the other staff. Dr Reem did not do all I asked either as my daughter was there for not only a standard visit but to figure out if her eye muscles were developing correctly. She refused to listen spent the entire time with prisms checking something else then said my daughter was lying and needed to see a therapist!! Will never step foot in this place again and can't believe this place is so pushed by children's hospital. We've since taken her elsewhere and yep she has eye muscle issues.
Dr. Reem was great with my 9 month old! Listened to my concerns and was patient with my baby.
She examined both my 2yr old and 3yr old children. Both have a lot of energy. She did extremely well working with me to get them to sit though the exam. Her knowledge and ability to apply it were impressive.
Not thorough, insensitive (shocking for a pediatric physician) and a poor listener

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
