the overall atmosphere, from the receptionist to the technician, everyone very professional and friendly.

Doctor sent in a stat order to them, the person on the phone refused to give me a first available appointment because they said insurance MIGHT not pay (I know they will), so IF I wanted a stat appointment, I would have to pay out of pocket for the services. This is how people end up going to the hospital to get immediate care for something that could have been solved outside of the hospital.

I received 3 text messages to make an appointment. When I called, Touchstone was too busy to schedule. They did not return the call. I tried responding to the 4th text, but the site does not accept return texts either, contact is only through the phone number. Denied.

I arrived 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled time but I was told there was no appointment? I received two confirmation/reminder texts and when i told the receptionist about them to prove i had an appointment, she went to talk to her manager. When she came back she let me know the only way I could be seen was if I rescheduled and I would need to pay out of pocket. Nope

I have been to Touchstone Imaging many times. And they are very polite and nice to me when scheduling the appointment to walking into my appointment and going back to get my exams done. The place is very clean and they care about us to make sure everything is clean and proper even sanitizing the area where you're going for your test exam.

My card was mistakenly used at the front desk to pay for another random patient. And it has been a month since I have been trying to get a refund, endless waiting on the phone line and being redirected to numerous people, just no one cares...

I just had a cortisone shot for frozen shoulder and I can honestly say that the PA and his team were the absolute friendliest medical professionals I have ever seen. I was very nervous and they completely put me at ease. They answered all of my questions and made sure that the procedure went smoothly. 10/10 would recommend.

I've unfortunately had to use Touchstone Imaging multiple times, and there's always been at least one problem every single time! I would avoid using this company at all costs.
