List of William Ciccone's Reviews
Happy to know that Dr. Ciccone didn’t try to force me into a shoulder replacement after several other orthopedics in the surrounding area had. He recommended PT which made a big difference in my shoulder that’s loaded with arthritis. I appreciated his candidness throughout the process and when I know it’s time to get that surgery he will be my first and only choice.
Great staff, great service from when I enter to when I leave its always been service with a smile. Always making sure any questions or concerns are answered and taken care of two thumbs up for sure. shoulder surgery went great from prep to recovery and now beyond
Dr Ciccone and his team have given me a wonderful experience with my joint replacement surgery and I highly recommend them they absolutely know what they’re doing and do it in a professional and understanding way
I'm in process of having several more ortho surgeries to relieve pain from decades of athletics. (I've now had 19 surgeries, most orthopedic and spine. If you've followed Tiger Woods medical problems the last few years, that's me.) The doctor and I have worked out a good plan to incorporate repairs to both my shoulders into the current surgery schedule. (This would be a 5 star except for the 40 minute wait at the last visit.)
He was very personable and you knew what he was talking about. I wouldn’t hesitate to see him. He knows his stuff!
Dr. Ciccone and his staff did an excellent job with my pre and post rotator cuff surgery. I was given a nerve block before surgery that lasted 3 days. The only medication for pain I needed was OTC. The worst pain was the first couple of PT sessions. Ice packs worked for me . I would recommend Dr. Ciccone and his staff because of their professionalism, caring attitude and friendliness.
Very attentive to listening to my shoulder relief and needs
This was the worst healthcare experience I have ever had, and I work in healthcare. William (I can hardly call him dr.) was in and out in 5 minutes and never even looked at my injury. He laughed me off when I asked for more information and noticeably rolled his eyes at my mother. The visit was so bad it left us both in tears. He did not explain anything, do an exam, ask me if I had questions or even inquire about how I was doing. He made it clear that I was a waste of his time. I went to UCH and had a completely different experience. They took their time and made me feel very well cared for. If you respect yourself or your body you will not visit William Ciccone. I imagen his good reviews are from people who had no other option or have never seen a doctor before or he thought they would make him money so he charmed them. To add to it, there was a medical student in the room who smirked the whole time and looked like he was hanging out at a frat party.
Dr was very attentive to my complaints on my shoulder. Not much could be done, all part of the aging process
` His staff is friendly and supportive ` He is open to questions ` My surgery was relatively pain free: I didn't need any opiates following the procedure. ` Be aware that you must be committed to engaging in a rigorous physical therapy regimen following the surgery. ` I am six weeks out of surgery and have already gained more range of motion than I had prior to the surgery. Additionally, I have less pain as I use my shoulder than I had before the surgery.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
