Associates In Family Medicine Windsor Urgent Care Clinic - A Member Of Village Medical's Online Review Report Card

Awful long wait on the phone to speak to someone(10+ min everytime). It's now a call center, not the office your trying to call.I often lapse in my medication due to refills having to be called in monthly, then waiting 5-8 days to be actually sent to the pharmacy. (Yes I've tried planning ahead and calling early, it's too early to request a refill. )

It was their first day using the new computer system, and even though it was a busy and challenging day, all the staff did great! I especially appreciated Josh Mitchem, FNP, who took time listening to my issues and was very thorough despite the hectic and crazy day they were having. Also, Ashley, the phelbotomist, was very skilled at her job. The front desk was very good too.

Associates in family medicine is THE PLACE to go if you want to be seen 30 plus minutes past your appointment time on a regular basis. I have yet to come to this doctors office and NOT have to remind them that I am indeed waiting in the waiting room for my appointment that started half an hour ago. Dont bother showing up 15 minutes early like they say you "have to", the only difference it makes is if you wait 30 or 45 minutes to be seen for an appointment.

I was not happy with my insurance telling me the closest urgent care was in Windsor. I'm in Greeley. But i loved this urgent care. I was treated great. No wait time. I was in and out fast. Room was very clean. Best urgent care ever. I reccomend it 100%.

Our whole family has been with AFM for years. We have been going to the Windsor location for a while now and while the service is usually pretty good, it is very disappointing to learn that there are no male providers servicing the Windsor office anymore. My 12 year old son has specially requested a male provider and Dr. Macintosh in Loveland is now the closest one available to us. I really hope they consider moving a male provider to this location...

I really enjoyed my visit here. I dreaded going to urgent care and was pleasantly surprised by my visit given the other reviews. From the time I arrived to the time I left it was maybe an hour total. Intake was very easy and there was no appointment needed. Was seated for about 2 minutes before I was called back to be seen. The MA was kind, took her time, and was through. Just a few moments later I was seen by the PA. He was just as kind, through, took his time, ordered chest x-rays, explained everything to me in detail, and when I asked about receiving my prescription there he said he would see if they had it on hand and if so it wouldn't be a problem to receive it from them. I received my dose of steroids for bronchitis and was sent home with my antibiotics for my sinuse infection. Checked out and was able to head straight home. Thank you all for such amazing care this afternoon. I really wasn't feeling well and you all took care to manage my illness.

Excellent care. Kind, compassionate, clinically competent, efficient, and courteous - from the front desk to getting my test results. I could not have been more pleased with my care.

Been here many times. Always good courteous care. Never had a wait.

Absolutely the worst urgent care!! Do not take your kids here! They are very very slow and in helpful. Ended up wasting my time and had to go find help elsewhere!!

I know this isn’t a pediatric facility but the way they have treated my daughter has been aggravating to say the least. On multiple visits the staff have been abrasive and abrupt. There is seemingly no care given to the way they handle her, their bedside manner seems to treat her as a number rather than a patient in need of care. The offices that we have used in Fort Collins and Loveland have been remarkable and the exact opposite of the way we’ve been treated at this Windsor location.
