Caring people providing in home care for those in need. I have been with the company over 3 years and I have found them to be willing to work around schedules, anxious to try to match the caregiver to the right client. Whether you're experienced or not, they can find you work.

I have worked at Homewatch for over a year now. I have had a very flexible schedule. Holidays off. Weekends off. Time off for medical reasons. They make it happen for us. They care about everyone equally and try to make everyone happy. I highly recommend them for a rewarding job with awesome benefits and awesome clients to take care of. There is lots of online training and ways to expand your knowledge and career if that is something you want as well.

I hired this company on a referral from a friend. They had not used them, but heard good things. The initial intake seemed promising. The lack of communication with me from the office staff regarding the scheduling and issues arising was infuriating. Almost every day in the not even 2 weeks we used them the staff was either late, or didn't show up at all with no communication to me that nobody showed up. My elderly grandma had to call me and tell me. There is always a period of growing pains when you start with a new client, and the caregivers were not to blame. The company itself is not organized and is clueless in how to provide customer service and quality care for elderly people. Do not hire them.

When I first started at Homewatch Caregivers it was 6 years ago and I'm still here. When I started I had another job and there flexible schedule allowed me to work both. In the past 6 years the office has been good to me and to our clients. They are very understanding when you have some personal needs and need time off or change your hours. They have been very good to me. I'm happy here.
