Excellent clinic

I have endless good things to say about this urgent care. Got me in at the end of the day and comforted me and never made me feel bad for coming in close to closing time. They even offered to bring ultrasound in an hour away. CT scan was less than 5 minutes. Very expedited care. Never went more than 10 minutes without seeing a friendly face in my room. As a HCP we refer patients here all the time but it’s nice to know we send patients to such a good environment and it was even better to receive that same amazing treatment. Thank you for all you guys do!

Avoid like the plague. Just for walking in they charge you $1500. Then a simple blood clot test is listed as another $1500. I have to go into more debt to cover this visit. It would have been better if I just toughed it out! UPDATE: I disputed this outrageous fee. Never heard back, they just sent it to a collections agency even though they said it's being reviewed. I don't think that a business with lower morals exists.

I had a 2:30pm appointment. Three people were in the waiting room when I arrived. I finally left at 4:00pm and never saw a doctor. No one was apologetic when I left, but actually quite rude when I asked for my money back.. People make appointments for a reason! Never again!

Do not come here for COVID treatment. 160$ for them to take your blood pressure and temperature and send you on your way with no meds. Rude doctor, no help!

An amazing place with wonderful providers! The front desk women were so eager to help. Then I went to the back and the staff cared about me and took there time and asked questions. I didn’t feel rushed. My provider Christie was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone who is sick to come here!

The visit started out well and was paced at a reasonable time and I understand urgent care are busy. I just don’t understand why it took someone 20 minutes to pick up my urine sample from my room and I spent over two hours to get a covid rapid test and urine sample.

I've been sick with something that has me near bed ridden for two weeks and went here to get treatment a week ago. The only care I received was a botched IV drip and sample collection. I was told i'd get a call within two days with my results and was given antibiotics. After the time passed I've been calling daily for my results and have been getting told i'd receive a call back to no avail. Today I called and explained that I'm still sick and only have one visit left on my insurance and would just like my results so I can finally know what is wrong with me. I was told that it takes a different amount of days and rudely told that if I'm sick I should just go to urgent care again, despite my explanation. She later hung up on me. I used one of my two emergency visits a year just to use the bathroom in this building. If you don't want people to call you concerned about their health, than don't open an urgent care center.

I have never been more pleased with an urgent care clinic! The staff were curtious and caring from sign in through my exit. Everyone was professional and confident along with the Care and made me feel confident that my need would be properly tended to. I will happily refer...worth a drive!

by far the worst doctors experience i have ever have. i arrived with a upper respiratory infection that im prone to due to my health issues. i also have severe asthma so this is a relatively big issue. i was put in a dirty room with some kind of liquid all over the sheets of my bed. i was then introduced to Doctors Ratzel who completely disregarded my words as well as my paperwork and immediately went to testing me for covid and the flu. i was then introduced to the nurse Darcy who aggressively gave me my test and actually made my nose bleed for hitting it so hard. my doctor returned to tell me that he "didn't recommend medication" and that i should wait a couple day to see how i felt. to put it in perspective i woke up this morning unable to breathe having a asthma attack and my regular doctors office was closed, hence my visit. absolutely unbelievable. neither should be working in the medical field
