After reading rave reviews and being referred to Dr Loy, through a friend, I was excited to visit Dr Loy for a second opinion. I had two previous failed IVF cycles with no explanation of why they did not work. I had PGT testing done and I did have an excision surgery afterwards and found out I had endo. He took this an an opportunity to focus on my BMI (29), even though his clinic would be more than happy to treat me as an IVF patient at that BMI. He was quick to skim over my husband’s problematic results. I felt he was grasping at straws and very much adding to the narrative that infertility is on the woman. Please consider carefully if you are an average size woman in the year of 2023 or after.

Dr. Loy and his supporting staff are truly one-of-a-kind. Your positive experience begins the moment you are greeted at the window, and it follows you until the minute you walk out the door. My first day with Dr. Loy was enough for me to confirm that I was in the right place. From a clinical standpoint, he is extremely skilled, thorough, and knowledgeable. More than that, and most importantly, he is simply just a wonderful person. He is genuinely kind and thoughtful, and he takes the time to get to know his patients to see the whole picture. Dr. Loy is considerate of all of the factors involved in selecting the appropriate fertility treatment, and he tailors the treatment plan to meet each patient’s specific needs. He makes his recommendations, but then he ultimately puts you in the driver’s seat and collaborates with you, making every effort to provide the best possible outcome. I couldn’t imagine finding a better fit to help guide me through this journey, and I am so thankful that he took me on as his patient. He is one of the best physicians I have ever met, and he makes the impossible possible. With just as much love and appreciation, I am beyond grateful for his supporting staff. They truly enhance your experience every step of the way. They have all been incredibly kind, professional, and empathetic, and they’ve treated me like family since the very beginning. I have had the pleasure of receiving care at both the Winter Park office and the Celebration office, and I have been nothing short of 100% satisfied with every single encounter at both locations. Every team member at CRM plays such a vital role in your experience, and I have not met a single person that did not go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable, well-informed, and well-provided for. I have to give a special shout out to my nurse, Evelyn. As a nurse myself, I admire her for so many reasons, and she is exactly the type of nurse I strive to become. She often tells me that she’s cheering me on from the cheap seats, but she always deserves a front row seat for how much she has done to help me through this process, both physically and emotionally. She is such a blessing, and the amount of support she has provided to me along the way is something I just can’t put into words. If you ever have the pleasure of meeting her, she will instantly change your life for the better. She is absolutely perfect for this role, and she deserves so much recognition for all that she does, as she goes above and beyond. As far as nurses go, she’s on the highest possible pedestal. If it hasn’t been obvious enough, I would recommend Dr. Loy and CRM to anyone traveling this difficult road. There is so much more I could say about how incredible this team is, but the care they provide will speak for itself. You will be in the good hands of many, and I just don’t know how anyone could possibly be disappointed. Thank you, Dr. Loy and the staff at CRM, for being the bright light in a dark room. My husband and I appreciate you all more than you know.

I went to dr lot for a consultation and I really felt welcomed the entire staff was friendly dr lot went over a lot of options and things that I can do to make this experience a good one. I loved his honesty and appreciated his willingness to help me on my journey. I’m looking forward to working with him and his team

Overall experience was good! I don’t have any complaints about my experience. I can say there are some opportunities. I am huge on service, which some nurses lacked during this experience. For example: if a patient repeats a question, it's us processing what you are trying to tell us. Being quick in your speech should not be given to someone trying to process the directions. Remember you live in this environment, and patients visit this environment. This life experience requires gentleness, kindness, understanding, empathy, and patience with and towards the patients, which I feel some nurses could have done a better job. Dr. Loy was AMAZING; I would definitely recommend anyone to him. It’s some of the stuff that reflects otherwise.

Horrible experience !!! Everyone in the office from the manager to the nurses to the front desk are extremely rude and unprofessional. They Do not get back to you in a timely fashion. They brush you off as if your issues do not matter. . I am dealing with a very rare issue and was told during my appointment with Dr. Loy he was going to help me through my problems and have a plan for me, none of that was done. When I try to get a follow up appointment, the office denied me an an appointment and talk down to me. They never gave me a referral or recommendations. I had the worst experience I have ever had with a provider. As a registered nurse I understand patient care and patient treatment. I feel very miss treated, miss diagnosed, and a lack of compassion and empathy from this office as a whole. I do not recommend this office to any women having any medical issues or care about their health.
