Dismissive. If your child is healthy than maybe he is a decent Dr. If not do not trust the life of your child in this mans hands. His dismissiveness almost cost my child her life. Had he been more attentive to our concerns we may have avoided the severe medical needs my daughter needed. Good thing we did not trust his “blaming us for post partem” and took her to a REAL Dr.
Hes engaging and patient. He is a natural with kids. He is the type of doctor you stay with for life. We moved 40 minutes away and still drive to see him.
The best Doctor that I know!! Thank you Dr. Fries!
Great Doc. Relaxed with kids, kids are very responsive to him.
The best doctor ever .
Dr. Fries is an amazing pediatrician. He identified allergies with my son when my previous pediatrician was unable to figure out why my son was losing weight and having health issues. He has helped us over the years with all levels of health issues over the years and has always been right on in his
I love Dr. Fries! I myself was a patient of his until the age of 19, and now I have a two year old who has been seeing him since she was born. We look forward to our appointments with him. He is very caring and compassionate, everyone on his staff creates a welcoming enviornment. I drive from another city to make sure my daughter can see him, you will love him for your family.
Dr. Fries is a terrific doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a child. He is very informative and will throw in a joke here & there. Great experience for a first time parent.
Dr. Fries has always attended us in a professional and caring way. He has diagnosed things that specialists were not able to identify. He is very knowledgeable and right on. I find him funny and the kids are comfortable with him which is important. I would highly recommend him.
Dr. Fries has been attending our two boys since they were born and he is just great. He is straightforward and reassuring in his diagnosis and manner.
Dr. Fries filled in for our pediatrician while she was away for a couple days. His bedside manner was deplorable. Our preemie son was losing weight and Dr Fries gave us values for minimum feeding amounts and weight gain. Our son did meet each of those values, but the doctor then decided it wasnt enough because some staff member had reported to him (without noting anything to us) that our son looked tired. The feeding tube was probably appropriate, but I object to the numbers he gave us to reach, which now seem to be just busy work, and the fact that he wouldnt stand up for his own diagnosis, but instead kept referring to second hand reports from a nonmedical(!) member of the staff. And I especially object to him coming in the next day saying It looks like [staff member] was right. Insensitive, unnecessary and rude. How can I trust him to take care of my kid when he cant take responsibility for his own diagnosis and when he gives meaningless milestones to keep the parents busy? We were kept out of the loop on our sons condition and we are not happy.
