I've been going to him for almost 30 years. Very personable and professional.

I had to stop using Brennan and find someone who would listen and help. He should of retired by now. I was having depression that was lasting a few months. I Couldn’t function normally. I asked him if he could order me something until I felt like myself again. He said I’m feeling this way bc I have 4 kids, etc. I said no, there’s nothing wrong at home, or the kids and I have a good husband. He dismissed my claims. Unfortunately I took his word and went home. Weeks go by and I can’t continue to feel this way anymore, I make another appt again for depression. I asked Him if he could please order me something to feel normal again. He said I don’t prescribe for that, I was so desperate and felt defeated I just started crying. He then ordered me something light and not many pills. Then I have my yearly OBGYN appt, Dr. asks if I’m depressed (didn’t show it in front of him) I said how do u know? He said your premenopausal and that’s very common for women. Bingo, that’s it. At this point I haven’t quit Brennan yet and at a follow up appt w him he takes a phone call in his office which is next to the exam room I’m in. He talks loud too. The woman on the phone he’s speaking with just lost her son, I heard the whole conversation. Her son just died. She asked for medication. He said no, she doesn’t need it. I could hear the pain and sorrow in her voice. It finally dawned on me this is just a bad doctor.

I went to doctor Brennan for 40 years before I moved to Florida and always had a good Dr to patient relationship with him his staff always treated me with respect. I highly recommend Dr. Brennan for a primary doctor. I know one thing come down to Florida if you want to see terrible doctors hospital and you would Definitely think twice before giving them a bad rating

Run away as fast as you can.

I called today 12/11/19 a lady answered the phone I asked her a few questions as I wanted to be a new patient as I need proper diagnosis for a few medical issues I been having she literally laughed in my ear on the phone telling me this issicd isnt accepting new patients and she then went on to tell me shes busy and cant continue to help me she gave me a phone number to call which was a fake number I called said number and a recording says this number is out of service then I looked up said number turns out it was a number to a person who had passed away. I couldnt believe how rude the lady who answered the phone today was towards me I'm HAPPY TO SAY THIS DR WILL NOT BE SEEING ME AS IM HAPPY I FINALLY FOUND A DR OFFICE THAT IS WILLING TO SEE ME I CAN not even imagine what the people who go to this office goes threw

I tried to make an appointment but the receptionist refused and told me it was to bad to find another doctor he was not available even though he was my primary thru my insurance the medical board should be told how awful this doctor and his receptionist r.... this was the worst experience ever in my life they don’t even deserve 1 star

Everyone in the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. They don’t care about their patients.

Visited office with friend who had signs of depression after at least a month or more talking to get them there. When they return to car crying uncontrollable I asked what happen. I was told the Doctor said there was nothing he could do they had Husky insurance and it would take months to get appt. with someone and to go admit themself to mental health facility. No help at all. Very unprofessional.
