List of M. Ehsan Qadir's Reviews
Today I have no feeling in my right foot, permanent neuropathy, due to the failure of Dr. Qadir to diagnose my signs and symptoms of claudication. Over a period of 9 months and 3 visits, my complaints of calf pain and difficulty walking were brushed aside.I was instructed to touch my toes, bend my knees and was told I wasn't walking enough. Over this period of 9 months my pedal pulse steadily weakened to the point where there was no pulse. He waited until I lost blood flow to my foot before sending me to a vascular surgeon. After 3 futile attempts to clear the blockage, I ended up having a femoral / tibial bypass. The incision went from my ankle to my groin with over 150 staples, scarred for life after a 7 hour surgery. This doctor specializes in geriatric medicine yet couldn't diagnose a circulation problem. In a follow up visit, he showed no empathy choosing not to look at the incision as I praised my surgeon for saving my leg and avoiding amputation.
This "doctor" failed to diagnose my calf and foot pain as signs of claudication over a period of 3 visits (9 months). He said I wasn't enough walking! After 9 months, I had no pulse in my foot. He finally referred me to a vascular surgeon. I underwent full leg femoral / tibial bypass surgery and now I am left with neuropathy in my right foot due to lack of circulation. Also when I complained of back pain, he had me touch my toes and stand on one foot. No need for referral, he said. Today, I suffer from lumbar radiculopathy. Cortisone injections no longer work and I'm awaiting surgery. This doctor minimizes patient complaints, refuses to order tests and must be coerced into a referral. My main concern is having other patients misdiagnosed. It was my understanding that 3 years was the cut off time for a malpractice claim. After speaking with an attorney, I learned it was 2 years and It was 1 week before the 2 year mark and too late to file. Believe it or not, Yale Health Network is still sending me bills, already covered by insurance for the "treatment" I received from their member physician.
He's a great doctor... my previous doctor ignored my medical concerns, which led to major surgery! I switched to Dr. Qadir and couldn't be happier! Thank you! Karen, in the office if wonderful too! Pat? I think her name is... is not too friendly.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
