I’ve been a patient for 20+ years. I have stayed because Doctor Gowda is great when you can see him. However, the office only gets worse. Front desk staff often rude. If you call for a sick appointment you can’t be seen in this practice. They always tell you go to Emergency Department or walk in. Or will only book appointment for sick visits 2 months out. Hope it’s nothing serious for the patients sake so that it’s not too late before the doctor sees them. And what’s the point in having a PCP except for annual visits of you can’t get in for a sick visit when needed. Not sure if the office has an office manager but it would behoove them to either get one or replace the current one to help the office run more efficiently.

Terrible experience. This doctor is a waist of time. Went for a check up and had to nearly force them to give me recommendation for a specialty doctor. He also came up with some kind of false diagnosis that I never had a problem with. He just a waist of time. Look for a better professional.

Brought my mom to Dr. Gowda. She praises him as her "Master Diagnostician." The office is very safe and clean and all the staff were kind, polite, compassionate and all wore masks. Thanks to everyone in the office for helping to keep my mom healthy!
