Two years Wasted ! Did nothing for me she was CLUELESS as to how to treat SIBO ! After two years my final visit i was told there was NOTHING wrong with me and it was all in my head ! I them went to another Dr. who promptly had me retested for SIBO including GI mapping and i was loaded with BACTERIA ! So much for all in my head ! Don't waste your time she is too busy running around between several offices just cashing in !

Dr. Petruff is an excellent diagnostician and has made excellent referrals. She listens well and is very kind. A top-performing medical professional and a very decent human being.

It was after 5 pm today when I saw Dr. Petruff. She still had a patient to see in another examining room, and a nurse alerted her that one of her patients had just been hospitalized. Yet Dr. Petruff gave me her complete attention, asking why I thought my gastro symptoms had finally resolved themselves during the past week. "What's your theory?" she patiently asked. And then concurred with my speculations, providing a scientific rationale. If I hadn't known better, I'd have imagined it was 9 am, and the whole day stretched out in front of her. Dr. Petruff was patient when she examined me, too, even asking me what I wore to my son's wedding the previous week. As usual, she was warm, patient and kind. Most of all, SMART. I recommend Dr. Petruff wholeheartedly.

Worst experience of my life terrible customer service never returned my phone calls rude when I talked to them on the phone it took 2 weeks for them to call me to schedule my procedure only to tell me I had to wait 7 weeks and then when the time came for my appointment I called them on a Friday and couldn’t get through them tried again on Monday only to be told they would call me back in 48 hours yet my procedure was the next day I finally had my pcp call them and they told her they forgot to even put me in for the procedure. Worst place I’ve ever been and the office was not clean or up to date I will never go back just awful

I recently had a very upsetting experience with Dr. Petruff. She had done an endoscopy (she did a good job) but the results were somewhat upsetting and I wanted to discuss them with her. I called to speak with her more about it and she seemed somewhat impatient that I would want to discuss the results. In the following few weeks I called a couple of times due to significant bad reactions I was having to medications. On my last call she seemed incensed and told me I was being ridiculous and that she would only talk to me for 15 minutes despite it being scheduled as a 30 minute call. She did not believe that what I was telling her were legitimate side effects. She wanted to treat the disease with no regard for the whole patient. As a result I have switched to a different doctor.

I was in intensive care for two days with a bleeding ulcer and in the hospital for a total of 5 days. I was attended to by Dr. Petruff. I found her to be extremely professional and sensitive to my needs. She always found time to talk with me and I never felt rushed. I am 75 years old, have seen many doctors in my lifetime, but Dr. Petruff rates among the best.

Dr. Petruff is an awesome doctor!! Could not ask for a better doctor. She explains everything thoroughly and is a kind and wonderful person. The staff is awesome too!!
