Intelligent and cautious with a treatment plan. Recommended two tests which revealed extent and location of my issue which will prove valuable in the next phase of treatment. I would recommend her to anyone looking for sound professional advice and screening to catch and resolve a very serious issue.

Dr. Leung is a professional and an expert urologist. She is clear, direct, she has successfully cleared me of kidney stones a number of times, and she can remove a stent via cystoscopy in like 1.6 seconds (which is insanely impressive and relieving -- I hope you've never had the misfortune of having a urologist in there struggling to grab a stent for several minutes). Dr. Leung is professional and very direct. They are very good at recalling the details of your case/condition, even after a significant period between visits. They consider all alternative treatments and discuss them with the patient. As for administrative follow-up, I get the impression that Hartford Healthcare administrative staff have a very high workload and follow up can sometimes slip through the cracks. They are always professional, however, so when something slips, it may be due to the volume of work.

I’ve been invited in on time for my appointment, all personnel (receptionist, assistant, doctor) were courteous and friendly, and Dr Leung was knowledgeable, did not rush through the visit, asked all the questions I’d have hope for and then some, and her “bedside manner” was impeccable. She didn’t leave “any stone unturned”, which is something I greatly appreciate in a Doctor. All in all, my experience during this appointment was great; I positively recommend this clinic and this doctor!

APPALLING behavior - to say Dr. Cynthia Leung lacks compassion would be generous. She is incredibly disrespectful, inconsiderate and offensive. I have never been so insulted by a healthcare provider in my life, and there have been many. To be MOCKED for my health conditions by someone who is supposed to be there to help is beyond hurtful. I have never left an office or virtual visit, as this was, feeling worse than I did after my appointment with Dr. Cynthia Leung. I will not continue in her care and will certainly not recommend her to others.

The doctor was prompt and courteous. she quickly assessed my symptoms and recommended a course of action. Within days resolution of symptoms was apparent. Very happy with my visit.
