Absolutely joke of a facility. Multiple missed bloodwork tests and other tests they forgot to schedule, not once has a on call doctor been there when we called for help and guidance, and the staff seems like theyre bothered having to deal with us while we’re there and when we call with questions, AND had to reschedule inducement date because it wasn’t a convenient day for the dr. And now here we are over a week later still dealing with this. Just a horrible experience.Absolutely joke of a facility. Absolutely joke of a facility. Multiple missed bloodwork tests and other tests they forgot to schedule, not once has a on call doctor been there when we called for help and guidance, and the staff seems like theyre bothered having to deal with us while we’re there and when we call with questions, AND had to reschedule inducement date because it wasn’t a convenient day for the dr. The person awnsering the phone at doctors office needs to stay out of patients and doctors business because act's like HE needs to pass judgement towards patients. Never had this happened to me in the 10 year's I've been going to this office.This individual be aware I'm filling a complaint against him because it's not his business to judge people or the patients the doctor see's.
