Starling Physicians's Online Review Report Card

A friend recommended Dr Watson to me, and I had her for a few years, just for my annual check, even through I moved out of the area, I still want to keep her since she is nice and professional.But the waiting time is too long, for my most recent visit, I waited about 1 hour (35 mins in waiting room, more than 20 mins naked in paper gowns) and still could not be seen. Dr. Watson and her staff are nothing but GREAT!I am beyond grateful to have such an amazing person/doctor walking me through everything and anything I need.

I hate to leave a negative review, as Dr Watson is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She is so genuine, knowledgeable, caring and truly made me feel at ease with the pregnancy and birth of my child. However, the wait times have been unbearably long and getting ahold of the office is near impossible. When I was pregnant I never once waited less then an hour to see my doctor. Most visits were a 2-3 hour wait. I once waited FOUR HOURS only to be sent home at 9pm without having done the glucose test I had an appointment for. I have left 3 messages in the last 6 months and never once received a single call back. Every time I’ve called the office no one picks up. I called last week and left a message about trying to book an appointment, no call back yet again. I understand with covid they are likely short staffed but this was happening long before covid started. I have tried for a long time to be kind and understanding, but at this point its so unprofessional I felt I had no choice but to leave the practice.I hate to leave a negative review, as Dr Watson is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I hate to leave a negative review, as Dr Watson is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. She is so genuine, knowledgeable, caring and truly made me feel at ease with the pregnancy and birth of my child. However, the wait times have been unbearably long and getting ahold of the office is near impossible. When I was pregnant I never once waited less then an hour to see my doctor. Two years ago this would have been a five star review. I have had Dr. Watson as my gynecologist For quite some time. I like her because of her bedside manner, her kindness and the fact that it used to be easy to get in to see her. She was the doctor that I trusted the most with my care and listened to my needs with understanding.I am writing this Review because in the past year or two the care level has declined greatly. I have been canceled by their office three times for my yearly appointment and each time I have not been told until I am either in the waiting room or on my way. Due to this I have not had a yearly exam in over two years. I keep scheduling them, but the office keeps canceling me. I cannot afford to constantly take off work for appointments that then do not happen. I have been offered to see the nurse practitioner many times but I am at the point where I feel like I need to see the doctor since I have not had a yearly exam or seen her in more than two years. I am not sure exactly what is going on but I am told that if I use another doctor in the practice that I would no longer be Dr Watson’s patient. All I want to do is have my yearly, not be canceled again, and be confident in knowing that I am healthy.

Watson used to be fabulous and probably still is but the new staff is disorganized and I have to wait too long to see her. Three other friends have left for the same reason. It's a shame as Watson is the most friendly, personal and capable doctor I've seen. Watson used to be fabulous and probably still is but the new staff is disorganized and I have to wait too long to see her. Three other friends have left for the same reason. It's a shame as Watson is the most friendly, personal and capable doctor I've seen. Additionally Starling Physicians has a funny rule that you can only see one physician, not others in the practice if your doctor isn't available.

Dr. Watson delivered my son 12 years ago. She is kind and empathetic and rarely wait long to see her.
