Avoid at All Cost: Incompetent at Getting Rx Filled, Insensitive As soon as you walk in the office, you see an ad for liposuction and similar services depicting a normal looking middle aged female body in the 'before' pictures. The first impression is that they want to make you feel bad about your body. Their priority is not women's health, it's making women feel bad about themselves so they buy elective procedures. Next, I needed prenatal vitamins sent to a nearby pharmacy. They messed up which pharmacy, delaying my care. I had to call their office and 2 pharmacies to fix it. They messed the refill, too. This time they refilled extremely expensive supplements I've never seen or taken in my life and NOT what I asked for. Now I have to deal with the pharmacy and their office AGAIN to fix THEIR mistakes. I had to call them 5 days past when they said they'd get give me genetic testing results. They had the results already, no excuse for leaving me worried for nearly a week.

Now I have to deal with the pharmacy and their office AGAIN to fix THEIR mistakes. They don't prioritize patients' time, don't care that their mistakes delay care, and stock their office with images that are insensitive to women. Never ever go here. They are disrespectful of patient time and needs and incompetent at filling basic prescriptions. I went here for 4 visits. Never going back.

She listens and knows what she is doing. I do not understand why some other people have stated they had a bad experience with her. I highly recommend Dr. Trupin. I am a nurse and I know. She is really good in my experience.

Unfortunately, I have to say that I had a terrible experience with Dr. Trupin and members of her staff. Some staff members are great, while others are unhelpful and rude. I wanted to support her because I believed that she would be an advocate for women's health. I found her to be very unprofessional, rude, untrustworthy, and even vindictive. She is also an alarmist and added a lot of stress to my life when I was going through a difficult time with my health. In addition, much of the advice she gave me was completely wrong. I generally do not like to write poor reviews, but I feel compelled to strongly recommend against seeking care from Dr. Trupin.

I had to have 5 blood transfusions from a botched hysterectomy with this monster. After having complications, she refused to see me but rather sent her NP in. I got a second opinion who told me that I have been "butchered on the inside".

Dr Trupin is a rockstar but the woman managing the front desk is pretty dreadful and I will tell you why- she is clearly overworked. Ninety percent of the time, she is the only person at the front desk, checking in and out patients while taking phone calls and dealing with the billing department (absolutely horrendous). The other ten percent of the time, when she has a coworker at the desk with her, it is someone that has no idea what they are doing and have to refer to the main front desk attendant for everything, which simply puts more on the woman's plate instead of helping. I do not mind waiting on a good doctor but the snide remarks and attitude that you have to wade through by the front desk worker is way too thick. I have serious doubts that this woman wants to act that way but there is only so much that one person can manage before cracking. I would probably act like that if it were my work environment as well. The other staff members, such as nurses and phlebotomists, really have their act together, which is a major plus. It is a shame that the front desk is so poor. That is your first interaction with this office and can really make a person seek a new doctor, although I'm sure that might even be a relief to Dr. Trupin since she has so many patients!

Dr.Trupin is the WORST Dr I have ever dealt with. She tried convincing me my baby was growing in my tube and pushed methotrexate on me to abort it. I went to ER to get another sono and when they called her she told them don't do one...she already had and I needed to abort....tried another ER and baby was exactly where he needed to be; growing perfectly. He's turning FOUR this year. ..no thanks to her. He is our miracle baby! Stay away from her...she has no soul..aborts all day..He was just another disposable life to her.

Dr. Trupin is easy to talk to, very helpful, and a lovely woman inside and out. She has helped me lose weight, look better, and stay healthy! I admire her practice and appreciate her warm personality. She is a dedicated professional running a strong female business.

Every other doctor told me I could not have a baby. Dr. Trupin proved them all wrong. I have a beautiful son. It was a difficult delivery and she saved my life and also my sons. She is wonderful.

Smart, knowledgeable, and pulls no punches. Is aware of the latest and most up to date info. Very open to and supportive of second opinions.
