Staff is Unprofessional, Unorganized, and Incompetent!! They don't know what they're doing and they don't care, right down to the person who takes blood. And... nothing is done to correct this! Try getting a call back from the doctor!!! She doesn't care about her patients anymore, and is rude too! Go someplace else, and find another doctor!

Just called to be seen because I am very very sick and was told that there's no physicians in the office until the end of the month. When I asked if that meant the office was shut down until the end of the month they said no we're still open we just have no Physicians to see you... the last three times I was sick I had to go to urgent care over the last few months, I don't know what's going on at this practice. Why don't the phones ever work... I just keep getting hung up on.

Dr Sudipta is the most arrogant and incompetent person I ever met, don’t waste your time

I have been a patient of Dr. Bindu Dey for the past 24 years since moving to Connecticut. Both my children are patients of both Dr. Bindu and Dr. Sudipta Dey for over 15 years. My experiences over the past 24 years for myself as well as my children has always been positive with accurate diagnosis’s ALWAYS! As far as their support staff, I have to say I have never been treated with nothing but respect. Whenever they promise a call back or prescription processed, they have always delivered. I read some of the unkind reviews and find myself wondering how it is that experiences can be so very different. I’m sorry for those that find such fault in this facility as I can not find much to complain about over my 24 year history. I can only THANK this practice from my personal experiences.

Avoid seeing this doctor at all costs. She is so rude and will stop you from talking or asking questions. She does not care what you have to say and will make that clear by eye rolling you, stopping you mid sentence, or making rude comments. Avoid seeing this doctor please, she is the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life!

Stay away from here. This doctor is awful. She doesn’t listen to you. She rolls her eyes at you and will tell you to stop talking or asking questions. I’ve never had a doctor this awful, do yourself a favor and find someone else. Anyone is better than her!

Poor office hours. poor staffing! poor patient service! Rude! I have a heart condition and the latest time I could see a doctor is 1230 for a sick visit and there's nothing they can or want to do.

Absolutely atrocious from the redhead in the front to the doctors in the back what can we do test why so we can bill bill bill and God forbid you need any medical treatment cuz you ain't going to get it just like you're not going to get any prescriptions despite the fact they had been prescribed by your neurosurgeon who he referred you to remember the old expression abandon all hope ye who enter here

I have been coming here for well over 20 years and I’ve always had great service from both doctors. I recently moved an hour away, and I still drive an hour to see Dr. Dey. I highly recommend them.

unfriendly staff. entirely un-organized. They can get you in right away because they have no clients. Save yourself some frustration and just find a different doctor.
