Elizabeth Solano's Online Review Report Card

PLEASE READ.. This place is the worse. I am not a review writer writer but this office inspired me. I arrived for a 1:15pm appointment at 1:20pm. Receptionist could not find my name. While she was struggling the other receptionist shouted "your late" I apologized. It was my first appointment there (and last ). She explained I could not be seen due to being five minutes late. I thought they were joking. They were not. After reading the other reviews I see I am not alone. These medical professionals may be great but the front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. This is a doctors office not a tire shop. These folks are more suited to the latter but that would be disrespectful to tire shops... Please do not go here

I never had an issue with Dr Solano, if anything they always helped me get in on earlier appointments, worked on getting me the attention I need and always keep it kind and professional. Staff there are biligual and work hard on getting the paitient in on appointments quick. Even durring the pandemic they kept everything running to standard.

The staff literally sat there and made loud rude remarks about me while I was sitting in the waiting room right in front of them! I couldn't believe people like this were working at a doctors office! They kept glancing at me and saying how disgusting it was that I was biting my fingernails. I was obviously worried about seeing the doctor and this is a nervous habit of mine. So dont go unless u like being talked down to and whispered loudly about while u wait. F THEM!

I have never seen such total disrespect for patients from the staff than at this Drs Office!! Never will they go the extra mile as a matter of fact they won’t even do their job. They tell you off and you have to ask yourself, “ is this really a Drs office treating me this way, Me, the paying patient!” Well thank God I have a different Dr that cares and the staff should do. I could add so much but just don’t want to rehash that living nightmare. I will add this about my Mother-in-law that they had no care for her at all and said she was fine, well ya know what she passed away a week later. They don’t care about anyone!

I have been a patient of Dr. Solano for over 15 years and she always gives me quality care. Anytime I call and need an appointment with her the staff was accommodating to my schedule and got me in to see her without any issues. I would highly recommend her.

I've been seeing Dr Solano for decades and am looking for a better PCP. She never returns calls and I can't depend on her when I need her. She is always in a rush and seems disorganized.

I've only seen Dr. Solano once and she was supposed to be my PCP. I always ended up seeing the APRNs even though I requested to see Dr. Solano when I made appts. The staff was always very rude and disorganized and always had "trouble" finding my file/records.I had a slip&fall accident which caused a concussion and I tried to schedule an appt which I was told I could not be seen b/c I had a brief lapse in insurance due to change in employment. That same day I searched for& found a much better PCP

Doctor Solano has been my medical provider for at least 16 years, and I am highly satisfied with every aspect of the care I receive from her and her staff

Horrible service, I am looking for a different PCP
