MIchael Fein's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Fein has treated both my and my family's foot problems for years. He is an excellent, knowledgeable, and caring doctor that I highly recommend.

Dr. Fein has been treating my foot ailments for over 25 years. From plantar faciitis, to removing a plantar wart, to fallen arches (and prescribing orthotics which have helped immensely), to arthritis in my toes from too much running. I cannot recommend Dr. Fein and his staff any higher. Though I wish I had not had foot problems at all…having Dr. Fein and his practice available to treat me has made my issues more tolerable.

30 years ago, I was operated on by Dr. Fein for major foot surgery. To this day, it feels fantastic!!. This week my 88 year father visited Dr fein for his foot issues and he is just as professional and fantastic to him as he was with me 30 years ago. We love Doctor Fein and his staff. They are always professional kind and treat everyone with respect. I highly recommend Dr Fein! Nobody better !!!

Dr. Fein is a practical Doctor, he knows his subject well and is frank and honest about your needs and treatment options. He's friendly and his staff is too! The most important thing for me as a diabetic is getting good treatment to keep my feet in top shape. I get that here at this practice. I would and do reccomend them to Friends for good foot care.

My experiences with Bethel Foot and Ankle have always been top notch. The front desk personnel are knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. Appointments are very flexible and accommodating. They strive to give the best service possible. I can't say enough about Dr. Fein. He is extremely personable and an expert in his field. He always greets me with a warm smile, a sincere "How are you doing today" and a genuine "What do I need to do to make you feel better". This is a far cry from the modern approach.... where you are greeted by the top of a doctors' head and the sound of fingers tapping on a laptop. To Dr. Fein, you are a human being in need of his expertise not a compilation of statistical data. Dr. Fein will not stop his search for proper treatment until the problem issue is fixed and you are completely satisfied and happy with the outcome. Bravo to Dr. Fein and his excellent staff!

Dr Fein, Becky, Lucy, Emily and Joyce are by far the best medical office I've ever been to. If it weren't for Dr Fein I would have lost my left foot. His bedside mannerisms are warm and nurturing. He understands his patents, his compassion and commitment to you is far beyond any Doctor I have been too. I would recommend him and office to everyone. Dr Jamie Otfinoski is also at Bethel Foot and Ankle. I've seen him twice and see in him a younger Dr Fein. If you have any foot and Ankle issues this is the group. They are located at 8 School St in Bethel, CT. I drive 40 miles from Fiahkill, NY to see this office passing several podiatrist to go there.

So understanding and professional , and I wish I could have him for my regular Physician !!

Dr Fein and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful The staff was very helpful over the phone with making an appointment and meeting my needs for scheduling. Dr Fein was reassuring from the start, I was treated for gout and felt immediate relief at the office. He has a great manner and a welcoming quality. His ability and willingness to answer my questions was reassuring and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend his services.
