Very disappointing. I never received results of my ECG and I ended up having a heart condition that was revealed through me viewing MyChart. I called the office and waited over 5 days for someone to call me. A RECEPTIONIST finally called me back (I asked for a doctor on call) and told me everything was normal. I had more questions as it indicated it wasn’t normal. Finally a PA called and asked what questions I had. I asked what the condition meant and she said a valve thickening from long standing hypertension (never had in my life)- somehow no one thought it was important to schedule a follow up with me. If I hadn’t pushed more, I never would’ve gotten results or Known what to do moving ahead for this condition as I was told everything was normal when it isn’t. Very poor communication.

Dr Haider is an excellent doctor and has taken care of my heart and health for a few years. He is caring and competent and has a very gentle manner. Both my husband and I see him regularly. We both highly recommend Dr. Haider.

My ECG was never reviewed with me. MyChart helped me see that I had a condition and no one reached out or set up a follow up appointment. I waited over 5 days for a return call after inquiring about my results and ended up with a receptionist calling and providing my results as “normal” which they were not. Very disappointed.

I recently needed to have an angioplasty performed and was fortunate to have Dr Haider perform two on me via my wrist. I am hoping that Dr. Haider will be able to read this because i want to be able to thank him along with all the other doctors that have decided to make this their profession in helping people live longer. I feel that Dr. Haider has saved my life and with the procedure has made recovery much easier and faster than performing any other method. I would like to thank you personally for attending to me. keep up the great work!MAF.

Dr Jawad Haider is a great Cardiologist ,I have been a patient of his since he was very early in his career.Dr Haider has always been kind and calm and thorough. I am a worrier and somehow he has helped me relax, however when an emergency occurs he is Professional and as positive as the emergency realizes.I am very Happy with Dr Haider, and I will stay with him as long as he'll have me.

Dr. Haider and his staff are very friendly , they explain things so you can understand. I have been going there for 15 years. I like him very much. My condition is under control with the medication he prescribed. I would recommend him to anyone.
