I've seen doctor Al Ramahi a few times in the bloomfield ct office at 2 north western drive. My experience with him has been great I would recommend him as a primary care to anyone who is looking for a doctor he is also very good with people with disabilities.

This is not a medical profession/ practice here. The way they charge patients, this is just a butcher shop. Even phone visit, they charge over $300 and patient is charged for even the waiting time that the patient is waiting for doctor. Even the patient has a change to talk doctor for 3 minutes, they will charge like 30 although doctor was not even there they will probably start charging the moment patient arrive

I was not happy with the way the office staff handled my request to speak to Dr. BAJWA. It took all day and 4 office calls to speak to a nurse. They did not take my covid problem seriously. I was not happy with how the virtual doctor visit was handled. I felt I was left to handle the covid by myself. I will seek other means next time. I am not happy with Hartford Healthcare right now.

Dr. Al-Ramahi is always professional, knowledgeable, considerate, and kind. He goes out of his way to be helpful and reassuring. His staff is personable, courteous, and efficient. I appreciate his entire practice.

At Dr Al-Ramahi’s office, the staff was courteous and professional. They were running late, but I got the feeling that it was due to a temporary staffing issue and not a regular thing. Dr Al-Ramahi is attentive and I didn’t feel rushed at my appointment. His bedside manners could use some work but he seemed trustworthy and efficient.

Pleasant, old-school manners, yet a young Physician. Greets you having reviewed your chart prior to coming in. His first question " is " Anything you'd like to talk about?,.... how are you? A respectable pause, allowing time to think about it. He has a reassuring presence. I have total trust in him.
