I am happy to wait for a better visit with the Doctor. I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time before the exam began. The Tech(whom I do not remember her name), was pleasant and professional. Another 10 minute wait for the Doctor. He took a good deal of time reviewing my file, as the previous Doctor had moved on. Dr. Dinowitz listened to me, questioned me and suggested different eye drops. My analysis is that Dr. Dinowitz will spend whatever time necessary to help the patient. Bravo!

The intake receptionist did not have good customer service skills very a matter a fact. Dr. Dinowitz, MD on the other hand was pleasant and listened to my issue, found correct the problem with very little discomfort (he his a 5 by himself) He also had a good assistant. Wait time continue to be a problem. But I can understand the needs.

Dr Dinowitz was friendly, thorough, eager to answer any of my questions, and left me feeling as if I had hd really the best eye care available. I would recommend him most enthusiastically.

The technician who worked with me initially had inappropriately long (1.5 inch) artificial nails. She was competent and professional but I would not want her nails anywhere near my eyes.
