I was highly recommended to Dr. Fritts from a former patient and I was excited to think my parathyroid situation would be finally figured out. However she wanted me to have a cat scan and was going to submit it to the insurance company. After almost 3 months and several phone calls I still don't have an answer on the cat scan and they say they will call me back and never do. A bit disappointed.

Dr Fritts removed my thyroid over 20 years ago. More recently she did another surgery on me. She is reassuring and calming. She is a superb surgeon, smart and kind. She does not rush you and answers all your questions. She is the only surgeon I send my friends and neighbors to.

Dr. Fritts is caring and thorough. She takes the time to go over any concerns that I have had. Her calm demeanor is reassuring.

I was referred to Dr. Fritts in early Nov, 2022. At my appt she was unable to locate my ultrasound so I had to provide her info that was on my phone. From there I was asked to go for blood work which I did same day. Two weeks went by and not a word regarding my labs. After multiple calls, she returned my call to tell me she would pick up my prior ultrasound and have the hospital call me to schedule a biopsy. Weeks later, nothing. She never even picked up the ultrasound nor contacted the hospital to set up my biopsy. I personally drove to the radiology ctr and hand delivered the ultrasound to her office. Still nothing weeks later. After so long of being put on the back burner, I moved on to another Dr. within days I had my consult, ultrasound, and biopsies done right there in her practice. Now I am just waiting on the results. But how quickly things moved with this Dr. vs. sitting for well over a month from Dr. Fritts and not a single thing was done. I know she was an excellent surgeon many years ago but feel she now needs to be honest with patients and not take on anymore then she can handle. It is simply not fair to the patients and there is simply no excuse. Patients deserve better. Also, her office is beyond disorganized right down to her office staff. Sad..............

While I thought Dr Fritts was extremely thorough in making sure I understood everything at my consultation with her, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up. Biopsy was done over three weeks ago and I am still waiting on results. I know she has them as mychart states they came in over a week ago. I have called multiple times asking for results, told I would get a call from Dr Fritts and that has yet to happen. Not sure if the office staff is incompetent or where the problem lies, but this is unacceptable.

Absolutely wonderful experience, from staff and Dr. Fritts. I wish all doctor visits were this pleasant. Staff was super friendly (helped calm my nerves, Thank you) Dr. Fritts was calming, knowledgeable and very helpful. She was so patient and cared mostly that I understood what was going on. Thank you

Dr. Fritts is nice but her staff isn't! I had an appointment that i had to wait a while for and when i showed up they told me i didnt have an appointment, even tho they made it for me after a referal. They saw me anyway which was nice and told me i need a biopsy before surgery. When i called the 7th time (because no one calls you back) to make the biopsy appointment they told me i wasn't a patient there. (Which was frustrating because the front desk lady had supposedly been giving her my messages) After explaining that they had just seen me the front desk women remembered and said im soo sorry please forgive me, i never put you in the system. I have been calling for over a month and just get the run around. No one ever calls back. I never got a biopsy. I will never go there again. It was sooooo extremely stressful expecially because my appointment with her was after a bad mamo result.

Dr. Fritts is a brilliant surgeon. Unfortunately there is more to being a doctor, beginning with an office that functions. I was given the runaround for months and never received the needed surgery. Every time I called I got lots of promises from the office staff but no action. I even resorted to camping out in the office until someone actually resolved the situation. Eventually I had to leave, having received the same old promises that were never kept. A different surgery kept me out of commission for eight months. Now that I am able to pursue this issue again the growth has doubled in size and I’m starting over with having to find a doctor who will actually do what they say they will do. I wouldn’t be in this mess if Dr. Fritts had not failed me. Huge! When I finally stopped calling them I never received a phone call or any sort of follow-up of any kind. I just don’t matter apparently.

Professional and friendly...very thorough ! Superior in every way!
